  1. Benson was injured on a downfield block on a punt return.
  2. You forgot long-snappers, Mike Benson is 38.
  3. Should be minimal change, Cobb and Corcoran sharing reps in Demski's spot and Leroux gets another game, everything else remains the same.
  4. I think any moves hinge on Brady's status, he's the keystone. Don't believe Willie did anything worthy of a suspension.
  5. Jon Jones is getting full pay to sit on the 1 game IR since June 11th, extended June 20th. He's not the only one, it appears they intend to abuse the hell out of it this season with that extra cash they did not spend.
  6. Can't do it, they have him on the 1 game IR.
  7. Masoli at least fulfills the role of mentor which Rourke could benefit from, Buck probably doesn't have time for that and they didn't hire a QB coach.
  8. Hopefully Jackson can fulfill that role, I believe he's the one that told Zach that Strev was playing the last 2 minutes of the game, not sure Hogan would suggest that. Either way, alternative thinking is helpful.
  9. Ayers or Griffin are the logical choices.
  10. He did, but I guess it wasn't that much of a priority for him. Could be they also have offices in Cgy. I don't know. https://wellington-altus.ca/advisor/adam-bighill/
  11. I'm afraid Zach's goal this season is to resurrect prime time Zach, instead of adapting his game and discovering new Zach.
  12. Not likely he ever plays for them, but won't be surprised if he steps into coaching with the Stamps now instead of with the Bombers. He must be blind, if he sees this move as extending his playing career.
  13. According to Woodruff Lawson went unblocked on the Parker scoop and score This from 3DN. The Bombers love to operate out of a three-man front, and that was the look they gave the Lions on Jamal Parker’s 57-yard touchdown return. Cameron Lawson was lined up as the nose tackle, but nobody blocked him as right guard Tyler Packer fanned out to his right while both centre Michael Couture and left guard Kory Woodruff stared down middle linebacker Tony Jones in anticipation of a blitz. As his three interior linemen grappled with ghost pass rushers, the real pressure forced Masoli to step up into trouble and heave a panicked lateral. “I gotta be better seeing the defence. I gotta be better with communication. I just gotta be better in that situation,” Woodruff insisted in the locker room. “It was me. I was messing up.”
  14. If you have a VPN you can re-watch the games on CFL+ right now, Germany is a good location to view from. If not Waders27 will probably have the condensed broadcast up on YouTube within a few days.
  15. That's two games BC has been unable to establish a running game with a pretty good running back, the defence as an entity is playing superbly.
  16. The following quote is taken from Mark Kilam's thank you card sent to Ed Hervey upon hiring him as HC, the 3rd line being the most pertinent. Pull the string and I'll wink at you I'm your puppet I'll do funny things if you want me to I'm your puppet.
  17. WC called em "gin blossoms". But could also be Rosacea a common skin condition that causes flushing or long-term redness of the face.
  18. No problem, Jake will step up, he's always ready to go.
  19. I predict Hervey gives Ford 2 more games to produce a win before Fajardo gets the start, no reason to dig a giant hole they can't climb out of so early in the season. Killam will go along with whatever Ed decides, that's his job.
  20. Wallace played the majority of 2 games last season when Neufeld and Stan went down, one was against Hamilton the other may have been against the Riders. It was supposed to be Eli, but Wallace took over and did fine, nobody overpowered him or blew his doors off.
  21. From recent comments O'Shea seems pretty happy with Tony Jones play.
  22. Don't know if Wallace's contract is up this year, but keeping him a Bomber for the next 5 years is critical to the future success of the O-line, more so than any current player IMO. Might have to push Neufeld or Stan out the door next off season if they want to keep Wallace, Randolph and Vanterpool as the next generation.
  23. Also heard Wallace taking reps at LG earlier in the week, thus the prediction he'll start.
  24. Simplest is Wallace in for Vanterpool who goes to the 1 game for a paid rest.
