Use cap space and move certain player(s) like Perreault to sign Peter Stastny please. 2 to 3 years would be nice but I assume at 32 years of age he'd want longer so he can drift off into the sunset nicely. I'm assuming some team will give him a longer term contract.

This is important to me as a father who has a 14 year old son in football for the last seven years, the game is getting bigger and faster for him and he has pretty lofty goals and aspirations with football right now. So much complexity to consider in how I support him.

One was crudely insulting someone that they believed was being complicit on a serious issue. The other was crudely insulting someone on the color of their skin (I think because I don't know whether there is a back story between these two people). Equal? Depends on perspective I guess.
