  1. At this stage in this sh**ty world game of ours the people that can f right off in my books are the ‘yea Trump can be off at times but all the rest are crap’. F off. Stop hiding behind your fake ‘I just look at things objectively unlike you’ and have the balls to take a stance and show your true colours on which side you land on. The issue is not debating differing political platforms, the issue is are you with sane or are you with insane, there is no middle ground.
  2. Hence the need for this person to indeed read history.
  3. One would think that with all these mass gatherings of protest, this will not bode well with flattening any curve. Trump and his cult will then blame these ‘thugs’ for the virus.
  4. I think our perspectives come together tho. In enacting his vision as you describe he really believes he is demonstrating great leadership. I can guarantee you if someone behind closed doors asked him if he thinks he is a good leader he would say something like well these types of people are getting upset with me so I must be doing something right. Whatever Jason keep telling yourself that.
  5. What I find incredibly frustrating is when you present these types of facts to certain types of Trump Supporters who would never brand themselves as racists, they deflect with their whatabout bluster and go to their misguided sizzling hot economy and plenty of jobs 'argument'. All they have left is the whatabout deflections which is mindnumbing to watch.
  6. No actually many thought it would be this bad.
  7. It’s very hard to watch the corruption in the media where very few try to put things in an honest perspective. Everyone is trying to whip up hate for Donald Trump or protect Donald Trump. But who’s looking out for the folks? Bill O'Reilly tweet May 29th, 2020 Great poin . . . Wait, what?
  8. Living here in Alberta, my perspective is he wears this as a badge of honor. That is, I truly believe that he thinks the more upset people get with his decisions and approaches, that tells him he is doing things right. He believes all his decisions are tough but needed, are courageous and are for the greater good for Albertans. In a lot of cases I think he is misinterpreting/misusing/misrepresenting what an effective leader looks like to rationalize what he does and how he behaves. Overtime I've seen people in leadership positions honestly believe in themselves that they are doing things right when the people they lead are constantly getting upset with them. Constantly being the key word here.
  9. I've come to learn that medicine is more of an art than science as it's a never ending cycle of learning and adapting.
  10. Again I have to say Free Speech not free to lie. And yes even in the 21st century with so many different realities, perspectives and experiences, people still do lie, some more and better than others.
  11. I find responding to this poster gives this person the energy they thirst for. If one doesn’t respond to their posts it denies this poster the energy they need. I’m sure some people do that to me here all the time. Free speech by all means just don't engage. (Insert Abe Simpson yelling at clouds here).
  12. Yes thanks I probably needed to hear that. Truly a huge bummer. I didn’t realize a big part of my life revolves around sport until it was taken away. I’m so into my sons football and soccer that I’m probably hanging on to false hope he will have a season this fall. This is such an important year for him development wise and potential scouting for post secondary recruitment. Health and academics are number one obviously but dad really enjoys watching his son play sports, especially football. The funny thing is I think this is uncertainty around getting back to contact sports is affecting me way more than it is him. I try to keep that to myself except here where I’m only known as HardCoreBlue. Well that and other names I’m sure others have called me over the years.
  13. Fingers crossed, when Trump is defeated in November, who will be the first influential vocal Trump supporter quickly out of the gate to explain away their behaviour and try to change their color to deflect anger away from them? Lindsey Graham comes to mind for me.
  14. Join that illustrious club.
  15. That’s the ironic thing here that him screwing with twitter and like would probably hurt his bizarro base the worst.
  16. Yup let’s hope. Not all trump supporters are white hoods but all white hoods vote for and support Trump.
  17. My guess is this same person posts on other sites with people of similar ilk laughing at how dumb we are and how triggered we get. He softens it up here by using the word offended.
  18. Statistically insignificant? If you have children pick one to kill then come talk to us.
  19. Does it work for our human capital stock as articulated by someone in Trumps administration?
  20. Their answer is yea look at the corrupt Obama administration, bunch a crooks they should all be in jail. They never reply to the yea but he’s not the sitting president.
  21. Finally a hashtag that sums up how a lot of people feel about this current administration and its hardened supporters. #HadEnough
  22. Giggling is fun. I like to giggle now and then. Many health benefits for us bumpkins.
  23. Joke thread please. 🙂
  24. Not to mention the fact that local sports will probably follow the lead of pro sports. My son is currently heading into his second year of high school football. How is that going to look?
  25. But it’s those damn Democrats and libtards using this Covid hoax in trying to steal our freedom, our liberty and wipe away all the great things President Trump has done since 2016.
