I agree. I was thinking today, about the glory days, when we had James West, Tyrone, and company, the Bombers were waiting to see which team they would face in the Western final..... I heard an interview with James West, he was asked which team he would prefer to play... his answer was "the best one". Those were different days. Heard some radio interviews with Calgary players today, Bo, and a defensive guy. They have that attitude. Fans hoping for the team to be better than the worst is not a good thing.

To a certain extent, it seems like the Mike O'Shea we have now, is very similar to the Mike O'Shea that we had day one of his head coaching time here. The basic model, the ideas about what matters, and how you make a team good, probably has not changed much. odd thing about hanging with a guy who is not playing well; Wasn't Don Mathews known for being unafraid to make changes when needed? And I think Don is the coach O'Shea looks up to the most. At least I thought I read that somewhere or other.

Sure, but for whatever the cause, my recollection is that he's absorbed some big hits this season and last. There was one play last season where he dropped back and got drilled by a blatant helmet to helmet, with the ref twenty feet away and no flag. He's been shaking those off and playing, but It may well have affected him.

Remarkable to see it happen. If it's injury related, some players can get over them, like Reilly, and some can't. The beating Willy took here, probably ruined his career. Even though the Bombers have a good line, Nichols has taken some terrible hits last season and this one.

Remember the despair when Nichols injured himself pre season? The decision to "cap" Streveler's playing time is looking kind of ill advised at this point. Maybe one of MIke's poorer decisions. It would be a hell of a lot easier to put Streveler in, if he had some game time. But, I predict this change will end up being a no brainer if the O struggles next game.

nobody, no matter how much they know, will persuade me that the Bomber's secondary is any good. That play in the endzone, where the Bomber Defender, was it 36 ran straight into the receiver waving his arms, was absolutely laughably bad. gave them the ball on the one. basically handed them the game with that play. As far as I can see these there are about two three players on the entire team, that can play for a whole game. Right now, The team smells, from top to bottom.

Don't drink alcohol, or smoke dope cause, I need to concentrate, so I can help others with my anal-ysis. I have moved on from being pissed off about the team, so that's one thing. call me a bandwagonner, but I don't expect much anymore.
