I just watched MOS pos-game newser. That was pathetic. I know the players seem to love him but man, he is so stubborn. Asked if Bighill and Schoen were actually ready to play he said: "You gotta give the players a chance to be great - they can't do that on the bench." But they were hurt. And allowing them to play actually hurt the team. What kind of thick head couldn't see that?

I noticed that Dru Brown has more accuracy and velocity on his throws.

You gotta give some credit to Montreal D. They played well and our D did not. What was Bighill doing out there at all? Also, Faj outplayed himself, threw just one pick - and that was a great pick by Holm, not necessarily a bad throw. Lots of guys playing hurt. And that hurt the team. I blame the coach for that. Couple years ago I bumped into Adam Bighill at the airport. He had a giant suitcase/trunk with him. He said he was taking the Grey Cup up to some of the First Nations communities in Northern Manitoba, to talk to the kids about sports, football and what it's like to play for the Blue Bombers. I'm sure his team-mates will be playing for each other but especially for him next Sunday.

There's a reason Jake Maier has the worst QB rating of all the starters (and many of the backups) in the CFL. Just 19 TDs vs 15 picks. As well as a noodle arm, he has no peripheral vision. I could see Dickenson, who has been complaining about the offence all season, unloading him next season.

I could see Walters going back to S. Ont. But man, Dru Brown in Steeltown? They have no clue at QB. Steinauer will break him.
