Eddie was unbelievable. And a true gentleman. The 24 hours I got to hang out with him are the highlight of my "career". Was it mentioned in that documentary that Eddie and Angle nearly got into a shoot? They were both perfectionists and hot heads. Always apologized after though. One of the reasons they took the belt off eddie was because he was so intense and took so much pressure upon himself to be the top guy in every regard and they were worried about him his last match before he died was to be Eddie vs Batista for the title. Different stories have concluded different outcomes but the logical option was Eddie winning the world title. Shame it didn't happen.

The other side of this is that victims don't always act the way we think they should. Women get beat up every day and stay with their abusers and help hide it. So the thing about this case is that the behaviour of the victims doesn't preclude them from being victims. But it also fits the narrative of this beinf either consensual or at least acts that the women didn't and ended up spurned lovers. So once you have that to overcome the only result could be not guilty certainly doesn't mean he's innocent

I'm optimistic about Leto. He's a good actor. His joker is different which I guess it needs to be. I remember when they cast Heath Ledger and everyone complained and said Jack Nicholson is the definitive Joker. Ledger was astounding.

They seem to taste the same. The benefit to getting it at time of order is asking them to layer it rather then only having the top buttered. I generally opt for both. I saw a hack where the self serve dispenser is perfect for using a straw as a spout and directing the butter deeper into your popcorn

I agree guys. I always hate myself after the fact for getting popcorn. but it's so ingrained in me to get it that I have to. I hate that it sticks in my teeth and then I have crazy OCD trying to work it out with my tongue all movie. And ofcourse, its doubly worse when I run out of soda!

Well they specifically said (if I have correct info) that they never conversed with him again. They were specific enough to say they only saw him at industry events, or would only be comfortable seeing him in public. Once the Crown got the emails (and I assume they did due to discovery), they should have been better prepared. I think victims can act very different then we would think in normal circumstances. The lead witness (the actress) is somewhat shady though because she's the one that wanted her name public, she wanted the notoriety. And she's the one that emailed Jian to say she liked him roughing her up and wanted to sleep with him even more as a result. The other one who emailed Jian a year later and seemed to be flirting, sending a bikini pic etc, that goes to Jian's defense that she was a spurned woman.

Can't be Bill. He isnt allowed to be in the line of succession as he's been President for two terms. There was talk of him as potentially being Sec of State had Hilary won 8 years ago and it was determined he couldnt even do that, even though its highly unlikely the Sec of State would ever succeed to the top job. I imagine Bill would enjoy being first gentleman and probably be used as an unofficial party whip and ambassador at large. Trump and Palin were chummy...but that would be crazy. Right?!?

Yup, they discontinued the large size. When asked they said it was due to government regulation. ie. the government had banned large drinks. However, that was not true. It was because some provincial government was bringing in a law requiring nutritional information to be displayed. Cineplex assumed people would see the large drink calorie count and opt for the "regular" so they preemptively discontinued the large size and made "regular" the new large, charging the old price for a real large. Cash grab. The concern for my health is disingenuous because while she was telling me large was discontinued for government health regulation reasons she then offered me a gigantic tub of popcorn with extra topping. Plus, when they have special promotional tie-ins that include special drinks, those are the old "large" size (for an even larger price). Long story short, I find the regular drink sizes too small when you're munching on salty popcorn.

The witnesses all lied to varying degrees. I think the psychology of victimization can account for it. But in this case, I cant imagine convicting someone with this evidence. It doesnt change that Jian seems like a real POS and did these things. It doesnt even change that maybe the women didnt want it and felt abused. But by their own words and actions they either said they enjoyed it or went back for more. The fact they specifically omitted those facts from the police and crown clouds their testimony.

Sometimes I even need a bathroom break or find myself really holding it as we get beyond the two hours lol. Although now that Cineplex has helpfully banned us from ordering large drinks to protect our health (and more room for the extra butter on the bucket of popcorn), its not as big a deal.
