Even the guys that arent likely to make it are "good" players who are or will provide solid depth. Very good drafting so far. The one thing we're missing is that "franchise" player. But Buff was a late pick and look at him so there are occasionally diamonds in later rounds who become superstars.

Im actually a fan of Miz. I know most people arent including some really smart wrestling journalists. I think he has the look, the charisma, the mic skills and isnt a bad worker. He "gets" the PR side of wrestling. They should give him a long IC title reign.

I think I said that already Ryder was definitely considered on Saturday as betting suddenly switched to him. But yes Owens was supposed to retain. Hopefully that means Owens moving up the card but I think a long IC reign would have been good for him and the title. He's over and has good matches. But Miz with Maryse should be good. Maybe that's why they wanted it on Miz, to make Maryse's return important.

teams are eliminated at different points though. Doesnt this effectively mean all non-playoff teams draft in reverse order? It rewards the teams that just miss the playoffs. It doesnt help teams that truly suck.

Thats a great idea for FTWD. The current idea just sucks in my opinion. I find it very boring and not paying off the concept at all. Its just TWD lite. So in regards to what we're talking about via spoiler function, its funny what people online do, from isolating audio to examining perspectives etc.

This seems like the best way to go. I'd make it from the day after the trade deadline. What's interesting is, it impacts those bottom teams because they will be more reluctant to just sell off the farm to tank. They will have to measure winning versus trading away players that can bring them a return for the future. The only issue is it doesnt address the point of the draft, to help out the worst teams. In this model the worst team doesnt get the best pick (or best odds). But you look at this year where Edmonton (who is mind-numbing in how they are in last place after drafting first for what seems like a decade) and Toronto who clearly went into tank mode, versus a team like the Jets who are actually playing decent and trying to win but could still use help in the draft and should be rewarded for not trying to lose any year of their existence (in Winnipeg).

So I had to watch The Walking Dead live (and watch WrestleMania on the PVR).... can we post spoilers or are people still waiting to watch it? Lots of theories out there....

I think they might consider packaging their 2nd and Chicago's 1st to move up if there is someone they really like. But between their top three picks (2 first and their second) they should land three good players.

Would expect Bray to be in line for a push. Although it would make more sense for him to be a heel since they are weak on the heel side. But it could be as simple as someone saying "hey there are three New Day and three Wyatts and three LON, lets have them feud".
