Explain to me why we need to replace Bryant when he's in the midst of his best season ever. now it occurs to me that maybe you mean Romby Bryant not bryant turner, in which case, i'm an idiot never mind me. Yes I should have been more clear. I meant Romby. I think he is finished and really hope that Matthews decides to return to the bombers.

In the meantime lets bring in Hall and they Stoudemire on either side of the ball. The guy needs to be on the field more than ST. I don't care if it's as a DB, LB, receiver or RB.

If the bombers were stuffed on the 3rd and 1(which can happen to any team at any time) the same people would be bitching how he didn't take the points. I thought it was a good call. Defence should have done their job. This team needs some real LBs.

Regardless of what happens today I would love to hear that Matthews is resigned. Romby is done. Matthews could replace Kelly as starter and Kelly could bump to reserve.

I think you are bang on. I believe a lot of it was perspective. The coaches last year pretty well lost most of the guys in the locker room and a lot of the guys were playing for themselves and not the team.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if the Lions, Stamps, Ticats, and RBs, all went hard after Matthews too

Is anyone else worried that one of the other cfl teams (most likely Ottawa) are going to scoop up Matthews? I can't help but think the Bombers are going to lose out on signing him. He would definitely open things up for Moore and Denmark, but you'd also think that teams would end up so focussed on the passing game that Run would finally be able to get going.
