Idk. I do think it's different here. I mean look how long we have gone without a cup and even a playoff appearance. And yet you still find many buying tickets and merch. I think what Noeller was alluding too was we have a lot more fans who will buy tickets and merch no matter how bad they are as opposed to throwing in the towel half way through a season and pout when not winning.

I'm mainly looking forward to seeing the new cast of cheerleaders and the new routines they will be bringing.

You knew it had to get sorted out eventually. Things like this don't always work on the first go around. Last year I found the park and ride from the downs to be well planned out and very little complaints. Out of town from my door to the stadium was about 45min! I think the first ever preseason game was like 4hours lol. Less park and rides would mean less traffic on the road so hopefually this speeds things up a bit more. But they will likely be making more trips now so the other stops may be busier. Now if only we could do something about that construction....

Agreed! It's funny reading their site and reading things like the fans all stopped buying merch just because it was a bad year and this will be a one off for them. They will see an increase in merch this year but so will every team with the new apparel out by Adidas. But if they have another poor season and on top of that they still have Chamblin and Taman on the books they are going to see a dip for a few years. Once the new stadium opens they will more than likely see things good again for a while but as if they think the fans are just sending a message to the team that they won't put up with having a bad team.......that's as funny as the "Market Correction" crap.

Thanks for all the camp news thus far. I hope to make it out this weekend. I must say that even though there has been plenty of change and it appears we could potentially field a good team this year I am still cautiously optimistic. I guess it's from years of heart break and I only hope this year is the year it changes

Are you saying Dressler has missed a lot of time due to injury? With the exception of 2014 where he played in the NFL he has missed 12 games in 7 seasons. And I'm not even sure those 12 were due to injury or not.

Anyone else notice all the teams have there names on the front like Blue Bombers, Tiger-Cats, etc and the Riders have Saskatchewan...... Is it so they can remember where they are from?
