I'm sure Chevy had multiple offers on Kane over the years and decided to only move once he was forced to. I'm sure he has a stack of deals for Byfuglien as well and is just sitting on them for now.

Well last year when Buff was out the team won quite a bit of games.... and don't tell me it was because of Frolik because he wasn't that important. I think the whole team just needs a kick in the ass and they are definitely playing below where they should be playing at.

A little over reacting there don't you think? Full rebuild? I can see maybe dumping off Ladd , Buff, Stafford... but I can't see them getting rid of Wheeler , Little, Myers, Trouba , Ehlers etc...

Well during the Kelly year he made it clear that Murphy had the database and had the list of guys to go after. Hence the napkin joke about Taman.

It's to bad that they don't bump up the season

I wouldn't say he's GM of the year... but his one year with us he found quite a few solid guys from down south who immediately could play the CFL game. Now we can't even find a healthy decent receiver ... it seems like any guy we find with talent is injury plague or he's just filler

Joey Elliott? He had a decent arm. Wasn't Lapolice the guy who would kick field goals inside the 10 all of the time? Same guy who would call a screen pass on 2nd and long?

Not really we had the guy and dumped him. Also Lapolice is the easy / lazy hire that will appease the fans. I just don't see why the guy would want to work with this club..its uninspired.

Maybe Troubas mental health is not as sharp as his rookie year.

It's unfortunate that this team gives up the easy games like this. Losing points here will bite us in the ass later in the season.

Like TUP said the Isles have no leverage and the Jets or Oilers don't need the guy and can live without him. If anyone is going to over pay its the Isles. The Jets will not give up Trouba or Myers. It'll be fringe guys and prospects. So Petan/Burmi/Stuart at most...

Dejardin is a scumbag GM and Hank is having one of his best seasons of his career. How is Desjardins a scum bag? He out bids us for free agents and signs a bunch of NFL cast offs and other talent... how does that make him a scumbag? Isn't Walters a scumbag for not being able to bring in depth at receiver? Hank is a tool and I'll be happy to see him lose, but had we signed him instead of Willy we would of won a lot more games. You can't win games from the injury bay....

So Taman gets replaced by the same guy twice in his career.... from napkin to database Should be here replacing Walters & not Regina if that happens. I'd like to see Murphy here too. Oh well, looks like we are going to lose that opportunity. If Walters is ineffective this year and gets replaced, hopefully it will be by someone even better than Murphy, although I don't know who that would be. Would like to see Hervey and McAdoo pried away from Edmonton but I don't know what their contract status is. Yes because these guys would want to leave an organization that the build which is going to the cup for Winnipeg where it's in really rough shape. All logic points that this will never happen.

In the case of the Survivor Series the arena is attached to CNN world HQ. But as far as attacking major sports event I could see WWE being on the list. If for no other reason then it's a major event with a lot of people on live TV. If they actually care that it's WWE, the company has been very supportive of US troops. But I think this list was ideas offered up for lone wolf attackers. No reason why you wouldn't include wwe if you're just making a list of random "sporting" events in major cities. I don't think ISIS wants to terrorize all the 13 year old boys who watch wrestling. It would be a much bigger impact if they were to attack an NFL game.

Wasn't Lemieux a -9 in like 5 games that he played before and only had 2 points... I wouldn't proclaim the guy a certain NHLer just yet.

You play way to many hockey video games.... Why not trade Peluso straight up for Stamkos while we are at it!

Ideally next season would of been the better season for Helle to come on up...
