  1. Then I guess we'll find out real soon if our guys are ready or not
  2. All we ever heard about Kashama is that the WBB management didn't agree with him/his agent on his pricetag... maybe Kashama's camp was being stubborn on the price and the Bombers are still willing to talk if he lowers it? I don't know, it's all speculation.
  3. Etienne starting, Kohlert in the lineup but will be limited because he is recovering from a pulled hamstring.
  4. The Argos could activate Antwi if they really don't want to lose him. Kashama is an interesting point... forgot about him, I wonder what's going on there.
  5. Hugo Lopez was my first thought as well... Antwi appears to be on T.O.'s practice roster but I suppose we could try to take him if we really wanted him.
  6. Roster explosion? 4 rookies made the team... I don't really call that a roster explosion.
  7. Fred Stamps
  8. Coaching staff went to New Orleans this off-season to study and improve their offence, specifically the play-action aspect of the offence. Anthony Woodson will be the primary Canadian backup RB, very involved on special teams, can fill in at receiver. The OL all came into camp in great shape, showing great discipline because "sometimes those big guys see a buffet and just go nuts". Depending on how Etienne plays, Poblah could have trouble regaining his starting spot. Punt returners: Jovon Johnson, Demond Washington. Kick returners: Will Ford, Chad Simpson.
  9. Okay well you go ahead and ask TSN to put all those retired guys on their next Top 50 Active players list
  10. Yeah it's almost like they do extra stuff between games, like some kind of "practice" or something?
  11. I bet he still plays. He's a tough kid
  12. This is the "No Daves Club". One of you is going to have to go.
  13. Lots of great RBs in the league right now. For my money, Sheets-Cornish-Simpson is 1-2-3.
  14. But then again some people who don't know you won't realize how full of **** you are, so we have to make sure we point that out so no one gets the wrong idea
  15. But irrelevant because you've shown a massive anti-Bomber bias when evaluating our players for, oh I don't know, the last 5 years or so. People don't forget.
  16. Sorry but your opinion is completely irrelevant here
  17. Only that he was the best
  18. For fun? To spur on discussion? Why does there have to be a reason, professor?
  19. I'm feeling the Over this year
  20. Maybe he played well in the second game.
  21. He was the top Canadian receiver in the league...
  22. I think they're pretty comfortable with Dunn at Sam for now. From all accounts he had a great training camp aside from the preseason game at home.
  23. Which positions are you concerned about specifically? There are really only two spots that won't be occupied by veterans in game one... Nickel and WIL LB. Two out of 24 starters. Below league average. And WIL is going to be filled by a guy who was here for a full season already, and the nickel will eventually be filled by Sears who was one of our best DBs last season. Other than that we're going with veterans all the way.
  24. Those people in the main parkade had to wait up to an hour and 15 minutes before the line out of the parkade even started moving (at which point it cleared out fairly quickly)
