Yep the Riders are only a quarterback, kicker, head coach, offensive coordinator, defensive coordinator, a couple halfbacks, a running back, and a couple linebackers away from having a competitive team. So close though. Leading the almost-wins column in the standings for sure.
Well he had 9 points in 38 games in the NHL last year so he is capable. Kinda seems like a Brian Strait type situation where he is on a one-way but may spend the year with the Moose anyways, depending on injuries.
I'm not really sure what I was thinking. Upon going back and looking at the numbers that does seem like an overpayment for Kuznetsov. Two seasons ago he was very good but this past season was definitely inconsistent.
I'm not a doctor but I play one on the internet from time to time. I'd say this indicates some cartilage issues in the knee that he'll have to get cleaned up. A persistent and annoying problem but not nearly as severe as a torn ligament.
Hmm yeah I guess Darling's contract actually was pretty good. I'd deluded myself into believing he signed for more money and a longer term. Now I remember that I was mad we didn't make a push for him. Go Jets Go, I guess.
