Depends what you mean. Like enforce an age limit on the tournament? Or just Canada sends the juniors while other teams are free to send pros? Because the team that Canada is sending would dominate the gold medal winning juniors. The best of the AHL/KHL/Euro leagues would stomp any junior team.

There are only six forwards, three defencemen, and two goalies per all star team, and every team in the division must be represented. So only four teams in the Central could even have a second representative. Expecting three or more from the Jets is unrealistic. Tarasenko isn't even on the team.

No it's actually quite simple. If I see a play called PI in one game, and then an almost identical play not called PI in the next game, that is a problem. I don't care what the definition of PI is as long as it is applied consistently. This is the problem. There is no way to spin this. I watch both leagues obsessively. I love the CFL. I'm not trying to tear it down here. CFL officiating is worse. Objectively. And it needs to get better... replay included.

The whole thing is way overblown. Ask players what city is their least favourite to go to in the NHL.... well yeah Winnipeg is a pretty obvious answer. They're not going to pick Dallas, Anaheim or NYC.

What game were you watching all season? Even after review it was a crapshoot whether a call would be PI or not. It was totally inconsistent.

NFL refs do make bad calls sometimes but from watching both leagues pretty extensively I'm comfortable saying the problem is far worse in the CFL. It's the consistency of calls. I know what PI is in the NFL. In the CFL, I usually have no idea.
