Through 21 games, the Moose are 14-5-1-1, 1st in the Central Division, 2nd in the Western Conference, and 4th overall in the league. Jack Roslovic is 3rd in points with 11 goals and 11 assists. Mike Sgarbossa is 7th with 8 goals and 12 assists. Hutchinson is 5th in GAA (2.13) and 3rd in Save percentage (.939), Comrie 9th GAA (2.30) and 7th Sv % (.927). It's a problem. I'm not sure I agree it was the biggest problem, but yes it's a problem. The lack of viable replacements brought in by the GM and scouting staff is also a problem. MOS can only work with what he is given.

I've always liked Batista. I think it would be a pretty good pop if he returned, although the fans might turn on him quick so a short term return would probably be ideal.

This conversation is actually ********. No coach is going to hold back a better player forever. The difference is simply in how quickly they pull the trigger. On one end of the spectrum you have Chris Jones who will rip a player out of the lineup after one mistake. On the other end you have Mike O'Shea who allows players to learn from their mistakes and grow. Both approaches have pros and cons. Neither one is correct or incorrect. There is no one "perfect" way to coach a football team, or else everyone would do it that way.

Comrie was definitely the higher-ranked prospect.... no doubt about that. But at this point Helle has proven that he is an NHL starter, and a very good one at that. Can Comrie eventually become the better goalie? I have no idea. Maybe. That would be pretty incredible for the franchise.

I'll take one great prospect (Stanley) over two pretty good ones (Clague and Johansen).

Oh also we should mention the "Bludgeon brothers" - Rowan and Harper. Silly name and I'm not really sure what the gimmick is supposed to be, but they looked awesome in their "debut" against the Hype Bros. Their ring gear is pretty cool and they both look like they've been working hard. I'd like to see them challenge the Usos for the tag titles at Clash of Champions.

I don't think Hendricks is getting more ice than anyone. Definitely not more than Little. Tanev vs. Armia is tough... very different players that bring different skills to the table. I could see an argument for either one, especially since Tanev is on the first PK unit. I do believe we will see a turning point where Armia starts to earn more icetime... IMO Armia is probably in line to earn a top six spot if there is more than one injury to that group.

I like Bob but he definitely has taken on an "I've seen all this before" attitude over the last couple years. He doesn't inject the same enthusiasm he once did.

McDavid is deserving of big money but Draisaitl may be one of the most overpaid players in the league. That was a terrible contract.

Mason is feeling it right now. In some ways, yes... he has a tendency to go flying out of the net and get out of position like Pavs. But I do think he is a better goalie.

Agreed. Masoli still has a lot of potential and he seemed like a perfect fit for June Jones offence.

Let's not forget Mason was brought in to be the starter. He can play. He should be pushing for 30-35 games so Helle doesn't get burned out.

The brand extension makes it tricky, IMO. Do you bring in a women's tag championship for both brands? That would be really tough to do and you'd have to bring in even more women than they have now. Or is it cross-brand? Maybe has a home on RAW and a separate women's show, like the cruzies?
