I get that the city and province are overlapping but different tax bases. I do not feel like the money being paid from the province as opposed to city taxes on the redeveloped land are two sources of payments that are drastically different ends of the spectrum.

I think we've done a really good job of locking up our pending FAs thus far

might look cheap or desperate? I can see both sides of the coin here. There are a lot of success stories that involve someone going out on a real limb or getting really outside the box. I could also see the notion that tweeting a teams general twitter feed to get a workout might be a very low percentage idea.

I have no idea. He's obviously made a lot of cash but has he invested in successfully businesses or has it been all models and bottles for Ricky Ray? What are his prospects like for post football career opportunities? Also Trestman obviously knows how to create an offense for a less athletic aged qb.
