It's true... Radio is reaching the market that already exists. It's the same philosophy for booking half time shows... You're not appealing to the market you already have. You need to bring in the audience that isn't there... TikTok for marketing, and some hot young pop star that nobody over 40 has heard of for your half time show...

Minnie or Cgy would have been much easier tasks... STL is just about as tough an opponent as anyone in the West. They're just built differently... Big, nasty, can score and have top notch goaltending.

STL is gonna be a TOUGH out for the Jets, and that's with a full roster. Missing Vilardi and Ehlers is brutal. Taking 4 from those guys is a tough ask...

Bell said radio is not a viable business and want out. Rumour is they tried to sell both their Brandon stations to Vista, but Vista didn't want to operate that far from their other markets. Those two remain for sale, along with one other Manitoba station, which hasn't had any takers just yet, but could soon..... ... definitely lots going on in Manitoba radio...

It would always be considered a fluke, and it might not be wrong. I just feel like th league will always stack things against Canadian teams because it doesn't benefit them to have a Canadian team win. It's all about promotion in the sunbelt where there's less fans. That's who they want to give the Cup to (and all the auxiliary events like ASG, Draft, etc...)

Seth worked with Neeson on A Million Ways To Die In The West (hilarious and wildly underrated) so I think he had a hand in choosing him to play this part. I'm not certain this new Naked Gun is going to work out but we'll see. Neeson seems like too much of a badass tough guy for the role... Neilesn was just a schmo everyman, which was part of the humour...
