Harris has a lot of other business interests in the city, as well, which is something to consider. I'm curious how much this season...only playing a handful of games, due to injury.....will be a consideration toward his retirement. Like, will he want to play a full season because he couldn't this year? Or will he say "my body isn't holding up like it used to...maybe let's shut 'er down now.." I honestly have no clue.

I don't know that I trust Strev as a full time starter, but he's probably better than what Lapo has right now....

They've been making a big deal out of that game being Bob's final broadcast, but I'm wondering if CJOB is doing a pre-game and post game show (TSN only has rights to the actual game itself) as they did in 2019. Bob is going to be in Ham, and I'm sure it's not just to sit around and hang out. So, I'd think that while this past Sunday was Bob's final official PBP, there's still going to be one last broadcast this weekend. Hopefully...

I believe it was after Collaros threw the interception to a Rider when there was no Bombers player around him. From where I was in 227, Row 19, they were LOUDLY booing within the stadium. To me, it sounded like the entire stadium. Guy next to me said "well, the boo birds are out after that one...."

Imagine going all in on Cody Fajardo....

For all the talk of how happy everyone was throughout the game, the boo birds came out after about the 5th turnover, and were really loud.....

Yeah, I'd never cheer for the Riders in a million years, tho it's not so much an "arch rival" thing so much as I just hate every single person from that province, because of the Riders, full stop.

And this is why he, and the tall foreheads at TSN, think he's doing a great job. Because he's getting heat from "both sides", he figures he must be doing it perfectly down the middle. My voice is raw today...there was a lotta screaming in 227, along with many many cowbells and a couple of the plastic horns. Loud n proud, baby....

I thought Demski slipped in the endzone on that 1st interception of the game, and I thought Taylor slipped when Duke busted the big play at the end of the 3rd. Hard to tell from my vantage point, but it sure looked like slipping and sliding to me...

they got a sort of "dead cat bounce" by switching QBs at the half yesterday, but there's no way the TiCats do that again next week. Evans isn't going 16/16 for 249 in a half against us...

ya, re: Lucky at the game........ I'm certain the reason TSN didn't acknowledge it, is because it's a little bit sketchy, optically. He's technically a Lion until February, so to see him in Winnipeg wearing Blue and Gold and cheering us on......that's a bit of a dicey look for the league/the Lions. I'm guessing they figured "best leave it alone..."

Sat in the hotel room with the cousin and the Coors guy last night about 11pm listening to the post game show and absolutely LOVED all the nice comments from the players. That was a lot of fun...

Nice to see Stanley learning to strut a bit. He's still figuring out/growing into his body. When he becomes a man, he's gonna be a nasty piece of work

At the half I was certain the game was over and the Riders had won. I mean 6 turnovers.... You're not ever gonna win a game where you do that. It just felt like everything was trending their way. I was stunned that we won.

Just got back from the game.... I can't remember ever turning the ball over 6 times... And then to WIN??? How bad are the Riders?? Good lord. We'll never win next week if we do that again. Here's hoping we can clean it up. And ya... Andrew Harris is an absolute beast. I don't know how much novacaine was injected but he was inhuman.

Dane won't do that again next week. That's a "coming off the bench and surprising the other team" game.
