Yes because there are more Canadian players than quality QBs. Look no one is saying make a top contender for next year, but getting to the playoffs? That's not unreasonable while also starting to build towards more. I know it's been a frustrating season but it's not nearly as doom and gloom as some are saying...

Oh I don't think it's as dire as all that. We might have some linebacker options in house already, maybe play FA for DL. Canadians you address through the draft. Again some better decisions throughout the year this team could have won 10 or 11 games. It's not like we're Ottawa here.

It's not to the point of a full on rebuild. Just needs some strategic changes. Like they're at worst and 8 win team with a few things going different could have won double digits. There's no need for over reactions. Just make some smart moves in the offseason.

At the risk of drawing the wrath of Booch I think Griffin has been pretty bad since coming back from injury. Looks slow and behind the play. Wilson useless, Jones has a useless game... Elks best us without being able to pass. Let that sink in. Horrendous effort by the defense. And the offense.... Collaros with brain dead turnovers, no adjustments, just going out there with a hope and a prayer every game. I honestly think we'd be better off with no offensive coordinator. 2nd and 1 and we run sideways.... Why?

Losers

Smith started to make plays all the time on teams before he got his few and far between chances on defense. Then it was injuries that actually gave him the chance to play D and not come out. So basically shay isn't making plays on teams he's not going to get a chance. Does he deserve one? I dunno, but that's how it works in bomber land. You gotta jump off the page in limited chances and hope someone gets hurt to get a chance.
