Assuming the playclock starts ticking from 35 inside 3 minutes anyway odds are you don't have time to come back anyhow. Will changing the rules make people care? I don't see how. The only way to get asses in seats is to putting time and effort in your community. Toronto "we've tried nothing and got no results! It's the rules!"
