  1. I actually thought Brown was doing OK in the game too. He's just less electrifying. Nothing wrong with that, just a different player.
  2. He has had 2 opportunities and both times he was the highlight reel. Just jumps right out at you with the playmaker ability
  3. Dennis also seems to struggle to stay consistent year to year
  4. Is he 45? Seemed to be the only DE doing anything noticeable out there.
  5. I'm not saying pigrome us a guaranteed star... there's a long way between showing good things in preseason to being an every day starter... but he looks to have all the tools and has that explosive play maker ability which is exciting at this point.
  6. Nealon Greene couldn't hit the broad side of a barn if it was further than 10 yards away. Not over 10 yards. Dude could run and throw the short passes but **** all else.
  7. Nealon Greene with an arm maybe. He's thrown limited passes but Greene never made throws like that.
  8. Let the riders get all hyped on preseason games. See how the real world works.
  9. Well Parker hurt didn't look good.
  10. Give em something to be angry about going into week one.
  11. As he should be. D didn't look good, special teams gave up some big returns and the O was lackluster outside of pigrome.
  12. If Oliveira is out I make room for Salima over augustine who has been poor this preseason.
  13. I made the comparison last week, not sure if anyone else agrees, but Brown seems a bit like a Kevin Glenn type qb... Pigrome though, that's just a top drawer athlete with a lot of weapons at his disposal.
  14. Plus there's constant rotations and changes, a preseason depth chart is worth nothing. Also, if there's anyone who knows unprofessional, it's "Ballsy"
  15. Argos owners probably furiously hounding the rock for some money or something.
  16. We may not have a green candidate here in Alabamaberta
  17. Yeah and honestly I might vote ndp next time purely as a protest to how both the cons and libs act.
  18. Pollievre and all the conservatives around the country hammer on the dog whistle allllll the time. Let's them say "hey I never said that" while making it abundantly clear what they actually mean. That people actually defend it is insane. Got such a dose of it during the AB election... people need to stop letting them get away with it and ask them to be more clear.
  19. they'd move on if they had a replacement at his level. So the onus there is on what Walters and Co. brought in.
  20. Or what he is saying is flat out wrong anyway based on his own links.
  21. It's not small, it was the central point of your questioning. You wondered why he got suspended because suspension are discipline issues. I'm suggesting you slink away to avoid further embarrassment. You want to keep trying to pretend you didn't speak incorrectly go ahead, but until you can wrap your head around why your premise is wrong I'll keep trying to enlighten you. Grant was placed on the suspended list, aka suspended, yes everyone agrees with that... coach said it was a personal matter, which could be anything. You come in acting like he's done something to get suspended. That's what the issue is.
  22. so.. what does linking to a UK union website definition have to do with the CFL exactly? You time to just slink away and accept that your definition is wrong. never mind the link itself even goes so far as to back up what everyone else is saying... A suspension is when you remain employed but are asked to not attend your place of work, or engage in any work at all (such as working from home). There are two main types of suspension: suspension for medical or health and safety reasons; suspension as part of a disciplinary procedure (investigation).
