The whole scientist muzzling thing during the Harper years just stank like fake news. Especially when it went public that a Canadian scientist was getting death threats from enviro-nutbars for saying that Fukishima wasn't that big of a deal. Why wasn't he muzzled? Anyway, not a big fan of this Andrew Scheer move by the Conservatives, looks to me like a repeat of the Stanfield years in the 1970's - close but not quite good enough to unseat Trudeau.

how could he deny that the climate is changing? It's always changing. Not sure what that is even about. As for the rest, as this was written by what is obviously an incredibly biased source, I don't give it much credibility, and file it with all of the anti-Harper fear-mongering and out-right lies that were spread about him prior to the 2011 and 2015 elections. How many muzzled scientists have we heard from recently BTW?

A coup is when you over-throw the current president/leader and take over the country. That didn't happen here. To stay in the same metaphorical ballpark, MBB's creation would be akin to a bunch of people being sick and tired of their current country, leaving, and forming a new country, and then accepting immigrants like me who wanted a chance for a better life, free from moderator oppression. That's how I see it.

I think Bluto texted me, something along the lines of "check out a new alternative to OB". I was so angry at Shankman at the time I would have moved pretty much anywhere, even to Riderfans if enough other Bomber fans were also moving. Over-modding really killed that site, as well as a refusal to upgrade to new technology, in my view.

So with Montreal falling apart, Toronto with some big question marks and Sask with no QB, can we say that just making the playoffs this year isn't a big enough goal?
