too true. I can see players like Connor (who I realize wasn't part of the trade, just naming him to make a point), Roslo, Lemieux and Armia all being wasted on a team like that. Armia was definitely on a downward trajectory career-wise until we got him out of there and let him develop in a system where he felt wanted and had coaches who believed in him. He's been quite the pleasant surprise.

That first Buffalo goal was hard to watch and shouldn't have happened. I think that if a player is so tired they become a zombie, like Wheeler was on that goal, they'd be better off heading to the bench than taking a penalty. Those kind of goals can't happen in the playoffs, they will kill you.
