We literally had a press conference held for the signing of Mitchell to introduce him. Now he’s a healthy scratch. He was also being touted as the replacement for the star we already had that we let walk. Someone needs to explain that.

Performance doesn’t matter, trot the same bums out every week. The only thing that matters is loyalty, so if you show up and go through the motions your job is safe .. why invest anything beyond that? Hogan, Younger … proof that all you need to do is put the time in and you will prosper. Bridges, Case, Bonds … more of the same. the reality is we need a major adjustment and if O’Shea can’t be the one to make it then we need to find someone who can.
