  1. Everything is offensive to somebody now-a-days
  2. "It is hard to imagine a more stupid or more dangerous way of making decisions than by putting those decisions in the hands of people who pay no price for being wrong." Thomas Sowell.
  3. I'm probably way out of the loop here but what was wrong with Agudosi? Wasn't he injured in his first start? Did he ever really get a chance to show something?
  4. Ward's kicks have some bizarre movement on them tonight. The one that hit the post moved so hard to the right I thought it had a fin on it. Maybe it was just the cam angle, tho.
  5. I'd rather shave my head with a cheese grater while chewing on tinfoil than listen to the current studio crew. I didn't mind Neilson early on but he's really getting on my nerves now. His sing songy/halting delivery makes me cringe.
  6. No kidding. I was out so I set the pvr to record the game. Good thing I was home before the end and noticed there was more game left than record time on the pvr. Lol...the replay on the Beggleton 2pt convert showed him burying the nose of the ball in the turf. Suitor - "and the fact he was able to get his hand under the ball to keep it off the turf..."
  7. Well...there's 4 words that should never be said when talking about the Bombers. So how's everyone feeling about our off season QB decisions now? Sorry, sorry...just stirring the pot.
  8. Wasn't able to watch on Thursday and have been busy the last couple of days. Just finished watching my recording and I missed the last 2min cuz of the weather delay. I take it they lost...but did they at least make it close? We had the ball...down by 6 with 2 min remaining. Did they even sniff the endzone?
  9. MmmHmmm...I see. You sure you were watching the game?
  10. Nothing like a swift kick in the balls to punctuate an abysmal outing
  11. The scuttlebutt is hand/wrist
  12. You and me both, brother
  13. I have tons of respect for what Zac has done for the team but you'd have to be blind or exceptionally disingenuous to not admit we hung on to a guy on the downside of his bell curve and let go a guy on the upside of his. I think Brown and Strev would have made a scary combo. 2 very mobile QBs and Brown who has shown he can take charge even coming off the bench. He could have had this year to sharpen his skills in prep for the GC in 25 at home. If he stinks it up this year I'll humbly eat my words as long as it's on him and not his OL
  14. Jebus...that was like looking forward to Christmas with giddy anticipation and unwrapping a pair of dirty socks.
  15. And when you have a son whose reputation and career options are torpedoed from a false allegation perhaps you'll understand why rushing to judgement can be ill advised. In that case, even when proven false, the damage is irreparable.
  16. For what it’s worth from my limited knowledge…I don’t think his physical condition is his issue. Given the circumstances under which he seems to struggle the most (playoffs/highest pressure)I think what he needs is a sports psychologist.
  17. I like coming here in part for a break from the political posturing a back-biting on other sites. Can we stick to the topic and leave the rest at the door? I love Elon…I hate Elon…who gives a shot…
  18. Good gravy, man…are you familiar with the notion of adding insult to injury??
  19. I want your life 😃 I want your sarong 😤
  20. I can't say I've loved you all...but I've loved as many of you as I could. - Benjamin Franklin (Hawkeye) Pierce
  21. Just one guy’s opinion but… Hanging on to the ball too long…bad decisions…throwing an inordinate number of picks…getting happy feet This, to me, reeks of a guy tightening up due to the pressure of the moment. Seems odd for a guy with that type of experience but the weight of the pressure to deliver/lead in the biggest moments can affect anyone. We’ve all been concerned about his head but maybe for the wrong reasons
