I don't ever remember them running ads after the 3 min warning except maybe for an injury but they did it during both during this game. I think it was because of how quickly the game progressed. They had a set # of commercials paid for and had to squeeze them in somewhere.

Dad used to make me watch the Jubilee when I was a wee lad. Well...he didn't actually make me...but if I wanted to watch tv when he was on that was what I was watching when we only had one tv and 3 channels.

Given the propensity for people to surf the web on their phones while doing anything and everything else I don't think you're the only one missing things. Your reason for why may make up a small % but I suspect you are far from alone...even (especially) among those watching on tv.

Not in the slightest. I thought/said the same thing. He had completely and utterly surrendered/checked out while they still had a chance. He whined and checked out of the game in 2019 and he did it again yesterday. He just strikes me as selfish and self absorbed...not a "team" guy. Lol...Alexander Nichols bringing his hands to his head as to say, "Arrghhh I could have ended the game", only to realize, "Hey! I helped to end the game!"

He really and truly looked absolutely defeated in that moment and they still had a chance. He whined and quit on the game last year and it looks like he quit on it this year, too. Can't wait to watch the Cup edition of CFL Wired. Should provide some hilarious commentary.

Ignoring what is, at best, incompetence...at worst, blatant bias doesn't mean we're humble. It's just giving a pass to the incompetent/biased. Suitor says Jeffcoat grabbed Evans' facemask a twisted his head causing his injury. He didn't. Then ignores a close up replay of Lawrence actually grabbing a facemask and cranking. The crew sounds like they're broadcasting from a wake after the Bombers win. Calling it out is no different than calling out the command centre for their garbage call for Williams last week. The team has to let that stuff go to continue performing. I'm under no such obligation.
