I reviewed it. Davis was way late throwing the ball to Meyala. He was wide freaking open a couple of seconds earlier & he might have scored. Instead Davis decided to move around & start to run delaying his throw. I don't see Meyala slowing down very much. Not to be overthrown by 5 yards. That was Davis hesitating & panicking. The ball was supposed to be delivered earlier which is why Metyala looks like he hesitated not knowing what he should do on his route or where Davis was going to throw the ball. A 6 year veteran qb playing like a rookie with no experience. Dreadful play.

Nah, c'mon. McGuire was a deer in the headlights that entire game. Do you really think if he had played well & showed he had potential to be the Heir Apparent to Collaros, he'd have retired? No way. At the very least other teams would have shown interest in him & he could have moved on to a bigger payday as a free agent. We fans coddle some players & outright destroy others with our comments. We play a rookie safety & he gets burned over the top for a couple of TDs or is late reading the play. Then it's "Cut the bum!!" "He's brutal!!" "OMG where did we get that loser from??" But a qb??? "Oh, he needs time." Well, he needs experience to read defenses". "He deserves another chaance because the weather was bad." Well, so does that safety. Weather, shmeather. Everybody had to play in it. McGuire had a chance to step up & he didn't. Yes, he had a depleted roster but so what? He didn't have to win to show he could play. He just needed to show he understood the offense & reading defenses which he didn't do. He was struggling & no qb likes to play short yardage & get beat up struggling for a yard. That would have been McGuire's role again this season plus he'd have been pushed by Dru Brown so he retired. I liked McGuire. He had a strong arm & all the tools physically that he could play so it was disappointing when he retired. Not to be, I guess.

Bottom line is a qb with 6 years in the CFL should have made that throw. I don't care if he's a backup. Why teams keep these qbs with bricks for brains around year after year is the question that should be asked. If I was Muchacho, Davis would have been on a flight outta Montreal this morning.

We always play like garbage in Montreal. We invent different ways to lose at Percival Molson Stadium. I can't remember when we won there last time. Or how many times we've won there the past 10 years. The last game we played there convinced Sean McGuire that his future as a starting CFL qb was almost non existent so he retired. I hear that officials still can't find the ball Davis thru. It's probably halfway to Quebec City by now floating in the St. Lawrence.

They were media when the beat writer for the Ti Cats who was laid off by the Hamilton Spectator & Dunk started it years ago. Not now.

I could care less if we cut or keep Prukop. Or how much salary he is wasting. The real waste is what we're paying Oliveira & Augustine to run collectively for 60 yards a game on 20 carries. They're getting well paid to do absolutely nothing. We desperately need to switch the running back position American. Walters may as well grab a briefcase of $50 bills & start lighting them on fire for the money being wasted at running back right now.

Lack of quality QBs is certainly the main issue. With the NFL expanded rosters, the USFL & XFL the pickings are slim. You can't make chicken salad out of chicken feathers.

The word marketing in the same sentence with the CFL is an oxymoron. I honestly think they've given up. Why is it next to impossible to buy an actual game helmet? I can order any NFL team through their Football HOF website store. CFL, nope. I might be able to order a helmet through Bomber equipment mgr Brad Fotty if he chooses to help me. If he says no then I'm SOL. Why so ******* hard??? Jerseys $229.00. No items for sale in major stores just in club stores at stadiums where you can only order that CFL city's team. No pocket schedules. No nothing.

For the first time, I'm rapidly losing interest in this team. Chevy has just ground me to dirt with his management style & refusing to deal with our locker room iissues. Now we had PLD playing a Diva wanting out. Naturally, we sign the guy for a year just so we can trade him away for someone else's sloppy seconds. Chipman should have fired Chevy after this eff up of a season but gives him a new 3 year deal.

Yes, those are the 2 guys. Spent their entire careers on NFL practice rosters & never played a single game. And man, did we get updates. All the ******* time. They were by far, the 2 greatest players who never played. Ugh! So glad when they both retired.

What were the names of those two DL Joe Mack drafted in 2011 or 12 & for years posters here were telling us what team's practice roster they were with. Everytime one or both were cut we were excitedly informed... "THEY'RE COMING!!!!" Only they never did & after nearly 5 seasons they finally cycled thru every NFL practice roster they could & were cut. They never had any intention to play for us. Streveler helped win us a Grey Cup but I don't think he'll every be back here again.

There's a time & a place. The really good coaches pick their spots while keeping their tempers in check. I didn't mind a coach yelling at me if I screwed up. My son Tyler who played for Jacques Chapdelaine at SFU said Chaps was always hard on him but he said he that he was okay with it. sometimes it was a drag as he was an intense coach who demanded Tyler's best all the time. A few years ago, I was watching a CFL game with Tyler. The qb had thrown a bad pass & it was picked off. The camera cut to Chaps on the sideline just glaring.. Tyler started to laugh & said, "Uh oh. I know that look!! Glad it's him (the other qb) coming off & not me."

Maas is a loose cannon. I think he's on his way out of the CFL. Can you imagine him yelling at a veteran like Collaros? Or a gold plated rookie like Rourke? First, both head coaches O'Shea & Campbell wouldn't stand for it & neither would the players. I don't think Fajardo would either. Dickenson is so wishy washy that he'd let Maas yell at Dolegala unchecked. No one will hire Maas as a HC because of his temper. It's okay to be intense & want to win. It's another to be stupid & angry all the time ratching out at every incompletion. Players just tune out.

Dickenson saying today... "The refs hate us thanks to Marino. They're too negative."
