No kidding. Begone!! What are the characteristics if a LaPo offense? One word: struggle. Not every qb is a Chris Streveler. Fans were calling for it.

Other than announcing the penalties in Ojibway & English, I thought the field judge wasn't doing a very good job communicating the penalties. . Not for someone who has been reffing in the CFL for 17 years. Other than saying what the penalty was he never said any offending player number, no down or distance. He seemed confused at times trying to announce the penalties. Refs have a script they follow. He should have practiced what to say in English & how to say it by heart so he would have been comfortable. As I don't know Ojibway, I can't comment on how the penalties were translated in that language. I know it's a one off thing so it really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. However, if they do this every year then they need to make someone like the field judge much better at communicating.

Last place teams seldom get any breaks from the officials. He should look around for a contending team to play for next season. Why fire him now? Just 4 games left. They have to pay him anyway so let him work for those forthcoming losses. 6 & 26 has a nice ring, don't you think?

Playing a still injured Clark was total desperation on Dickenson's part. Bandy seemed to be doing okay but instead they put in a guy with screws & rods in his leg. He was gutting it out in the second half. having hardware like that in both my feet I can't imagine how much in pain he'll be after the game & the next few days. So much for player safety.
