They'd get hammered on lack of experience. I could see one of them on the ticket though. I prefer Harris over O'Rourke at this point but he ran a heck of a campaign in 2018.
They're not neophytes so I'm not sure how much that criticism will hold. That bill checks a lot of boxes voter-wise, though.

I would like a Warren/Booker ticket.
But I do like Beto, but he needs to brush up on what his stances are on for those big platform planks.
I'm a huge backer of Warren as well. The Dems will have a lot of good choices.

My early pick for the Dems
Trivia: She grew up in Montreal
I think Harris/O'Rourke would be really hard to defeat if she makes it through (and I hope she does).

I can't be bothered to read any of his wonderful books but I'd bet he laid his strategy out in writing beforehand, just like Hitler did.
I'll save you some time (from the guy who wrote "Art of the Deal") : "Fear is the hidden through-line in Trump’s life – fear of weakness, of inadequacy, of failure, of criticism and of insignificance. He has spent his life trying to outrun these fears by “winning” – as he puts it – and by redefining reality whenever the facts don’t serve the narrative he seeks to create. It hasn’t worked, but not for lack of effort."

Because it's an anthology, some of the short stories are better than others. Because the Coen Brothers made it, it's better than most things you're going to see on TV. Now on Netfix.

Andrew Gillum's quote about Ron DeSantis equally applies to Trump: "I'm not saying he's a racist, I'm just saying the racists believe he's a racist".

Its never come out, as far as I can tell, that Trump or Clinton slept with any of the girls but they were both friends with Epstein and visited him and flew on his private jet. One of the girls, has said she slept with Prince Andrew and Dershowitz though.
As far as Trump goes, the Katie Johnson (13-year old) story hangs like a cloud. Note that Snopes neither proves or disproves the allegation. https://www.snopes.com/news/2016/06/23/donald-trump-rape-lawsuit/

This is potentially explosive for Trump, Bill Clinton, Alan Dershowitz, Prince Andrew, Ken Starr and Trump's current Secretary of Labour, Alexander Acosta: Jeffrey Epstein is finally going to get the scrutiny he avoided. Great reporting.

How stupid can a person be to enter a plea deal and then lie to the FBI and Special Prosecutor. At his age, does he really want to go to jail for the rest of his life to protect Trump? Or is it Russia he fears....?
You've got Trump railing against migrants as "illegal", ordering children be tear gassed and yet attacks Mueller for "ruining lives" of guilty people. No wonder his approval numbers are a disaster. But ECONOMY...yeah right.
The question is: What is worse than spending the rest of your life in jail? I would not be surprised if his family has been threatened by Mother Russia.

We do need to consider the impact on U.S. jobs — but that’s an argument for action rather than, as Ernst suggests, inaction. The National Climate Assessment warns that global warming could cause a 10 percent decline in gross domestic product and that the “potential for losses in some sectors could reach hundreds of billions of dollars per year by the end of this century.” Iowa and other farm states will be particularly hard hit as crops wilt and livestock die.

Global Weirding has a series of youtube videos that do an excellent job addressing skeptics talking points.
For example, climate scientists are in it for the money:

And he's also the the President to not separate himself from his business upon taking office.

It’s too bad we will all be pushing up daisies by the time that ever gets started.
The breakthrough will come with large-scale energy storage. I recommend Nova's "Search for the Super Battery" if you can find it online. It will blow your mind on how close we already are.

3rd world countries and a few others don’t care....nor can they afford being greener.
The third world is already pretty green from a carbon emissions standpoint. Per capita carbon footprint for Canadians is much, much higher. Either China, India or the U.S. will make the green energy breakthrough that changes everything and it will be that nation that benefits most (and brings all the other countries with it). Why wouldn't Canada want to get in on that action?
