Bubba Zanetti

Who 'dis Kenny Lawler....??

Oh theres a reason......

Thank god. Hopefully that arrogant prick never darkens the door of a CFL team again.

Historically he's been a little erratic but last year he was money. Like 95% on field goals and his punting was outstanding.

For sure. The defense had their moments last night with certain guys making plays(and certain guys sucking). Collectively overall they were not very good IMO. Too many breakdowns in the secondary and missed tackles.

I agree its hard for these guys to hang it up and a lot of the time its the coaches that have to say enough is enough, but when he's watching film of himself missing tackles, receivers/RB's running away from him like he's in quicksand, etc, you would have to realize youre hurting your team and holding back their success. To me thats selfishness.

A lot of these guys just cant let go though. They know their athleticism/speed just isnt there anymore but in their heads its "If i can hit the gym a little more or drop a few pounds ill be back to where i was before". Sometimes they need to be told its over. Im still pissed at him and O'Shea for playing in last years Grey Cup. The selfishness has really tarnished his legacy for me. He had no business playing in that game with his injury. Wilson starts in his spot and we win. Im 100% convinced of that.

Yup. Noticed his ass looked extra phat last night.

Bighill, Thomas, and Alexander would have to find a time machine for that to happen.

Another game, another day watching a cooked Bighill flailing around the field missing tackles, falling on his ample ass, and generally being three steps behind every play. He is a shell of his former self. Its sad, embarrassing, and frustrating.

Herbie Hancock!

Where are you seeing Whitehead on the roster? Or am i just blind?

Robert Saleh dubbed “one of the greatest preseasons in the history of football,” That was against primarily third stringers late in meaningless preseason games. And yet he still couldnt stick with the terrible Jets. That doesnt tell you something?

Blind squirrel, yadda, yadda. I mean Jamarcus Russell made some nice throws now and again too.

I agree, Zach looks cooked at this point. No idea what our QB answer is moving forward, but its not Streveler.

Unless Streveler and Oliveira can somehow continue to be successful running the ball 40+ times a game, the Bombers will never have consistent success with Streveler as the fulltime QB. When he is forced to throw consistently from the pocket he is a below average QB.

Wake me up when he has any passing success even remotely close professionally and consistently. Six years in and still waiting. I seriously hope im wrong about it but i just dont see it in him.

I know a lot of people on here are high on Streveler, and i love the guy, but he is not a fulltime CFL/NFL quarterback. He's a tier 2 college run-heavy/Wildcat offense QB.

Hopefully Sheahan has a strong game

Is now

Easily. Kramdhi isnt a starter, certainly not on any other teams, Wilson looks pedestrian, and dont get me started on Bighill. He essentially does one of the following on virtually every play: misses a tackle. drops 5 yards off the line of scrimmage in the middle of the field and is inevitably in the chase position 3 yards behind any crossing receivers. blitzes and gets zero penetration. gets washed out on running plays.

…..and the good times just keep rolling…..

Lofton on skates. nice job
