Collaros cant play forever, and even O’Shea with his Collaros loving tinted glasses can see he is in decline. The end is near and we have NOBODY in the pipeline other than Elgersma. He wil be given EVERY opportunity to succeed and then some. He is a blue chip prospect.

Were talking high end rookies not getting any meaningful game snaps, while washed up vets hog all the playing time. That is 100% on O'Shea.

Im putting that all on O'Shea. He decides the gameday rosters and they are always chalk-full of his shi**y vets game after game, regardless of outcome or performance.

Brady Oliveira, Ontaria Wilson, Nic Demski, Deatrick Nichols, Cam Allen, Evan Holm, Cam Lawson, Gabe Wallace, Micah Vanterpool, Kendall Randolph, Trey Vaval, Connor Shay, Jaylen Smith, Kydran Jenkins, Matthew Jaworski, Redha Kramdi, Sergio Castillo, Taylor Elgersma(not signed but still property). Those are the only guys that i would be disappointed to lose.

I understand not wanting to get doubled up on a hard hit ball caught by an infielder, but even if he is just a couple more feet down the line the Jays win it. Look at the Jay on 2nd. On top of that he hesitates just a bit on contact and does a little hop. The bases are loaded, the f'ing millisecond there is contact you are sprinting for home with your head down. Just all around brutal baserunning and awareness. Cost them a championship.

IMO these are the offseason steps that need to be taken, difficult as some may be. Jefferson(age/invisible most games), Thomas(age/useless pylon), Vaughters(age/invisible most games), Wilson(age/injury prone), Kolankowski(old/useless pylon), Schoen(injury prone), and Streveler(not a quarterback/injury prone) should all be let go/not re-signed. I'd honestly be ok with letting Collaros go too if they can get Elgersma signed. Bring in a guy like Crumb as your backup QB. Rebuild your d-line with FA's and young guys. Fire Hogan. And if O'Shea isnt on board with the changes he can GTFO too. Time to start fresh. The team is old and stale.
