  1. And, Lowry is your best shutdown centre, who will match up against the other team's top line, anyhow.
  2. But Stastny should be in your top 6. He's better than anyone else in the bottom half. So, you have a player that can take faceoffs, if needed.
  3. I would say, yes, but they can't extend him until after this season.
  4. Okay, the Jets finally made a long-term deal to address a shortfall in their team, a centre. We moved from an area of strength, the wing, and added a piece that will mean out centre depth is set for many years. We have goal scorers and two way centres. We obviously need help in the back but we have a few pieces already and a few coming up. I feel like we should be a contender this year. We're better than Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Ottawa and Montreal. We may be better than Toronto too. This team will be a top 5 team for the last quarter of the season. I'm saying we come out of the northern division on the playoffs and compete to go to the Stanley Cup.
  5. Armia is not a 20 goal scorer. Laine I'd on the top line and will have Domi centering him. It's laughable. Belehind him they have Roslovic.
  6. For this season, no, but we definitely did for next year. Scheif, Ehlers, Connor, Morrissey, Lowry have all been drafted and are better.
  7. I totally agree. My rational side says this is a good deal on both sides but my heart wishes he wanted to be here and score 50 goals a season. 14 days. He'll miss 7 games. 26% to make the deal work. No biggie because it comes out of Thompson's pocket. We don't need cap space this year, anyhow. I think it means that the trade could have taken longer and he would have been stuck in limbo.
  8. I'm going to talk myself into liking this trade but I feel gutted to lose Laine. He's just special. But, fit and attitude matter.
  9. A few months ago we had one of the worst centre groups. Who's better now? Scheif, Dubois, Statsny, and Lowry. Has every element you want. Perfetti won't be pushed now. He can develop like Scheif did.
  10. Still another year on his deal and still an RFA. CBJ got the best player, so they win this trade.
  11. I feel like this is an overpay, including Roslovic. We should get a 2nd for him.
  12. You're right. I was thinking of Montreal who were also potentialtrade partners.
  13. Must be another position player. The CBJ don't have enough cap space to take on both of those players.
  14. How ridiculously spoiled have we been with Bryant? That guy never misses any plays.
  15. It's horrendous that they've done this. Wasting our resources to fight something most people want. It's an ideological argument and not a scientific one. But, that's today's PC party for you.
  16. No biggie on flying in. They just need a test before they fly, and, by then, most will have the vaccine.
  17. Mahomes is a go for Sunday. What a shock. The guy could barely stand and the NFL doesn't care. CTE or bust.
  18. Columbus calls us today and says, "Dubois to Laine, straight up." 👍 or 👎

    Covid-19

You're looking at an official government website, of course, they're not going to tell you about free and simple solutions. There is no way for the gov't to trace and control you if you don't take the official Covid vaccines. Wake up, sheeple!

  21. Article 14, Section 3 of the US Constitution: No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. 22. Yes, he's been a professional for two years now. He's can be scooped.
  23. We can but oil is so cheap and plentiful.
  24. I would probably too at this point but I'm thinking of end of season here and value. I think Stanley is worth more but Demelo is better right now and probably in July too.
