I was talking about essentially punting this game and choosing to cross over and play Montreal at home in the playoffs!

ESF and WSF next week being moved up one hour since game 7 of the World Series is scheduled for that day.

I personally think that the author of this rumor has about as much credibility as Marty York. I would take it with a grain of salt. Hate this throw **** at a wall and see what sticks type of journalism.....just the worst.

Sounds suspicious to me. But I do think very highly of RD, and Ottawa really needs a shake-up. I could see Toronto getting bone-headed with him after this season, too. I could see Toronto having a strong interest in mos, especially. I don't feel like a great turnkey option is readily available for either job. Unless Danny wants to move up here to the GM role.

If our season peters out without at least a division final appearance, I would like to see Walters fired and I could go either way about MOS. If this wasn't a Grey Cup hosting year I could cut more slack based on their record up to this point but to screw the pooch as badly as Walters has done when we are hosting is a for sure grounds for termination and if the Bombers choose to just clean house on both I could understand that as well, although I think MOS deserves more benefit of the doubt for this year than Walters. I am called the MOS apologist on here but as you can see that simply isn't true. If he gone he gone.

Alexander will play since he really hasn’t all year. I’d expect Montreal to play starters into the 3rd even 4th since DA has been on the IR for half the season. At this point they prob on their way or here so it’s not like they can bring 15 extra guys with them. The roster size is only so big. Surely they have released their depth chart also. What’s the over under on 10 passes for Streveler. Man imagine you’re cam Echols and you getting your redemption shot and Streveler is throwing you the ball. Christ. I’d have played Zach for a series or 2. I’d have then played Wilson until the 4th and then give Artopoeous the 4th. Not dressed Streveler. If Streveler has to play next week we are screwed, think we are regardless but a guy you don’t trust to pass the ball 10 times a game ? Why. Give the kids more of the game. Vilardi can’t buy a goal. Pionk struggling hard without Sammy. Think Perfetti Toews Nyquist might be a solid line here when Fetts healthy. Don’t hate Nino names and Nyquist together tho. Gus has got that kind of deceptive speed. He’s not fast but he’s on the puck all the time. Lambo and Chib and ford should probably be sent down when everyone healthy. Wouldn’t hate 3 “scoring lines” and a legit shutdown 4th. You don’t need to play them like 6 minutes either. They could play more. Probably Barron Lowry Iafallo. Maybe even Koepke Lowry Iafallo. Someone will sit every game and a few will be sent down. Pearson probably sits more than Koepke and Barron tho.

So is pionk tho. Who is struggling mightily without Sammy by his side. Stan is an offensive d man like pionk is. Pionk needs a strong defensive d man like Sammy. Stan would prob also better with a Schenn or Miller type who are more D first guys. Stan and pionk suck cuz they are both in reality o first D men. But put them with different partners and they both will get better by default. Pionk needs Samberg to be himself. He’s really fighting it right now. No chemistry with Stan or whoever he plays with. Desperately needs Samberg. Stan is a fine 3rd pair O first D man. Problem right now is he’s on a 2nd pair mostly with another O first d man.

Is Dinwiddie's contract up this year? That's interesting for sure. I just honestly have no clue who we would want if Walters and Osh left. There's certainly no upgrades readily available...

Montreal appears to be starting all their regulars but as mentioned that could change depending on what happens with Hamilton's game ..

I don't know who started the rumor, and I stress rumor only, that Dinwoodie would be moving on to take up the gm and head coaching duties in Ottawa...IF that's true that would leave a big job open in TO ...Could/would Osh be interested in it...being closer to his hometown in North Bay and playing for the club he made his initial CFL start.....Like I said ..just a rumor but you just never know when all the 'coaching musical chairs' games start at seasons end
