Roster management. We were married to bridges and bonds. Bonds earned some rope last year; bridges didn't earn jack. Parker, too, coasting on half a season from several years ago. Rostering Parker as the dime di would've made sense. Any other team in the league, Allen breaks camp as a starter.

Eh some similarities but not as much. Willy, as much as anything, was shell-shocked and ruined by all the hits he took, not as injury-prone. Willy played 17 games here, then 7, then we traded him, and it was 18 total. That's 14, 15, and 16. Dru brown has played in 17 last year and 7 this year. But I think he's been injured what, 4 times in that season and a half? I think Dru is becoming Zach.

Even best case scenario there (making the FG), you're still giving the ball back to OTT with more than enough time to score twice. Sure it's unlikely, but not impossible. Keeping the ball (by going for it) ends all hope for an OTT team that had their number in the 2nd half.

At this point, I think the shock of any shake-up will have value in the locker room. Imo, you ideally hit a Trade, a Cut, and a Demotion. Show the team, there is no such thing as good enough. I'd look to trade Strevy for another vet-ish backup, create a little QB room controversy. A dream cut would be Kola, of course, or Hogan. Demotion could be Hogan, or maybe Streveler, or a few guys.
