When I read the headline, I had to read the story.

It's actually a far more interesting case than the headline suggests.

I'm curious how the judge will rule.

This seems like a waste of the courts time and resources.   Can they not go to the school board or superintendent?  Sounds like they skipped right to court.

Imagine if every kid who got cut from a team went to court.

The news piece did say they went to the superintendent first, but they upheld the decision. But I do agree with you that it seems to be a waste of the courts time.

It will be 2019, everything is available on the internet. And, now you won't feel obliged to wait through the commercials before you go to the washroom.

Think of it as a service.

normally I like to watch this live, and if I had to go to the bathroom I would do it during the gameplay. What's annoying me most is that I have to use those types of sites again even though I have a geofence jumping extension

I just saw this. What a cool story. Low water levels lead to the discovery.

For some strange reason this is the first thing that came to my mind.

Peasant 1: Who's that there?
Peasant 2: I don't know... Must be a king...
Peasant 1: Why?
Peasant 2: He hasn't got **** all over him.
                           -----------------------
Arthur: I am your king!
Woman: Well I didn't vote for you!
Arthur: You don't vote for kings.
Woman: Well how'd you become king then?
[Angelic music plays...]
Arthur: The Lady of the Lake, her arm clad in the purest shimmering silmite
held aloft Excalibur from the bosom of the water, signifying by divine
providence that I, Arthur, was to carry Excalibur. THAT is why I am your
king!
Dennis interrupting: Listen, strange women lyin' in ponds distributin'
swords is no basis for a system of government! Supreme executive power
derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic
ceremony!
                           -----------------------
Dennis: Oh, but you can't expect to wield supreme executive power just
because some watery tart threw a sword at you!
                           -----------------------
Dennis: Oh but if I went 'round sayin' I was Emperor, just because some
moistened bint lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away!
                           -----------------------
Dennis: Help! Help! I'm being oppressed! Violence inherent in the system!
Violence inherent in the system!
