Jacquie
Here is the report: with CNN and the Ferguson chief of police stating the distance: http://www.alternet.org/civil-liberties/video-police-lied-mike-brown-was-killed-148-feet-away-darren-wilsons-suv So this blogger is part of the "news crew" you referred to earlier. It's obvious some of the initial media briefings had some mistakes which isn't unusual but the fact remains that the Grand Jury was given a diagram that showed the distance was almost 153" from the police SUV to Brown's body. Did you even look at that crime scene diagram? The fatal shots were not fired by the police SUV. As well, there was blood found further down the street which proves that Brown was moving towards Wilson when the fatal shots were fired. And please ignore the eye witness testimony and read the forensics. There are a lot of studies about how unreliable eye witness testimony is and this case is a textbook example of that. Countless witness statements with so many discrepancies they are pretty much useless. Just out of curiosity, have you read any of the actual Grand Jury transcripts? You're right Spuds. It has nothing to do with it. Personal, I hope Sam gets a shot with the Als or any other team. iso_55

kelownabomberfan
Every year John Lennon's death is mourned, until January 8th when a giant party is held - for Elvis' B-day. And we do it up, Gary Busey style...

For some reason I always think that movie was called Taxi, like the TV show.
