That was a depressing game to watch. **** them either way but Sask is a good team this year. I’m not looking forward to LDC at all.

Isn't Zach the same age ? We are putting  our trust in him and he's had as many if not more injuries.

I never look forward to the BB Preview Game because it's always a **** show. Fully expect to lose most years, regardless of the records.. hoping something less than a 30 point beating. If they can give em a game during BB, that's far more important to me.

I feel like this is the type of season that we win the LDC convincingly for some reason. Like gonna be a blowout and we gonna win. I just have the feeling.

We would need to all of a sudden get really healthy... Like Schoen at 100%, 3 healthy IMP OL... Secondary continuing to gel.... DL with a heavy rotation and nobody taking a lot of reps....

It's th only hope.

We don't need 3 imp oline guys...u need to get off that train...that just limits us a skill position guy on offence or a key guy on defence....the 3 import olineman thing benefit doesn't really outweigh anything...gotta let Wallace grow and get used to things...he already is better than what he was first part of season

3 of our DI's take almost no reps on O or D, obviously one is a kicker.  We wouldn't be losing much if Ayres or Jones weren't dressed if the trade off is a solid, reliable OL.  We have 3 good Americans.

OL is the most crucial position group.  Make that strong as possible we have a chance at a consistent offence.  Get the run game going so we can consistently use playaction and open up space down the field.  Leave it as is, we are what we are.  Look fine against teams with shitty D, can't do anything against any of the teams with a quick DL.  I'd also be in favour of moving on from Kolankowski or Neufeld, or kicking Neufeld to C.

Again...are we playing to win the Grey Cup or develop Wallace for when he signs with BC in 2027?

Ayers hopefully gets swapped for Woods...far greater net gain than an oline i think

And you are right...we need to develop...and sign...stop letting guys walk cause we cheap and insist paying premium on old declining vets instead of young guys with yrs ahead of them...poor longterm roster management here...zero forward thinking...lotsa looking in rear view tho

My thinking is, we're not maximizing the benefits of starting 3 Canadian OL anyway, so we might as well start 3 Americans

It's obvious that Eli is not going to be the starting centre at this point, so, as JBR suggested, slide Neuf over there
