iHeart Posted Monday at 05:29 PM Report Posted Monday at 05:29 PM (edited) So this might be the "WTF This Can't be Right" of the year TMZ is saying it was accidental drowning, last thing I saw him in was four episodes of 9-1-1 last year. He played someone who was living in Bobby's apartment building back in Minnesota when the fire happened (both sides lost loved ones) Edited Monday at 05:58 PM by iHeart HardCoreBlue 1

Goalie Posted Tuesday at 07:30 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 07:30 PM (edited) RIP to the true legend ozzy. Man oh man I remember seeing a video recently of him at the reunion and his grand daughter is watching and is excited screaming pa pa pa pa. Pa pa pa. It showed a human side to a man who is famous for biting a head off a bat really. He probably should have died 20 times but still sad but not unexpected as he hasn’t been doing well. Glad he could have 1 final show. They must have known he didn’t have lots of time left. Edited Tuesday at 07:31 PM by Goalie rebusrankin 1
HardCoreBlue Posted Tuesday at 07:51 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 07:51 PM First rock concert I ever attended when I was quite young was Ozzy Osbourne. My older brother won tickets thru a radio station and he took me for some reason. 6th row centre. There I was not knowing what was really going on just mesmerized doing alot of people watching in a very loud environment smelling of skunk when all of a sudden the drummer decided to throw one of his drum sticks into the crowd that came directly at me. It all seemed like slow motion as a watched this drum stick arc directly towards me then finding myself on the bottom of a pile of people wanting this drum stick more than me (narrators voice: he didn’t want the stick). I remember my ears ringing loudly for days/weeks after the concert. Good times, RIP Double O.

bustamente Posted Tuesday at 09:34 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 09:34 PM Not really a fan of Black Sabbath with Ozzy I actually preferred Ronnie James Dio , but I really like Ozzy's solo stuff, dude always had top notch musicians playing on his albums especially guitar players. Glad he got one last hurrah rebusrankin 1
SpeedFlex27 Posted Tuesday at 11:04 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 11:04 PM I wasn't a fan of Black Sabbath or Heavy Metal music but you have to acknowledge the fact that Ozzie Osbourne's was an icon. I agree that he had some really good solo material. May he Rest in Peace
johnzo Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago I ******* love early Sabbath. Have been playing this 1970 version of War Pigs a lot lately. Bill Ward the drummer is beast mode here.

Glad he could have 1 final show. They must have known he didn’t have lots of time left. I highly recommend reading his autobiography. This guy's life was truly insane. What stood out for me was that so many good bands were coming out of England at that time - all influenced by the Beatles. Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin both from Birmingham. Ozzie got arrested at 19 for a break and enter, and his dad had the option of letting Ozzie sit in prison for six months of pay 20 pounds to get him out, and he chose to let Ozzie sit in prison to learn his lesson. Ozzie credited that decision with changing his life, and he was always thankful that his dad did that. How many parents would do that today? I would wager pretty much zero.
