Tucker Carlson??  Tucker ******* Carlson?!!!! That guy might be the biggest asshat that has ever lived.  Nothing he spouts can be considered ‘information’.

Who, in this day and age, doesn't have Prime?

All those people were from Surrey? I kind of doubt that.

I heard they were from Kelowna and Kelowna West. :)

Yeah, how else are you going to watch Reacher?

I wish!  Could have used some Prada handbags.  I actually did go to game three of that final series in 2011, saw Burrows score the winner in OT.  I thought for sure the Canucks were going to take it after that.

Flying home for a long weekend on the Mother's Day weekend, and hoping the Jets are still in it are that point. Have never attended a Jets playoff game (or Jets party of any kind in Winnipeg) and can't wait to be a part of it!

Canucks help out the Jets by scoring 3 in the last minute to tie and then win 6 5 in OT against Dallas.

What an insane game.

Apparently Dalls the first team in NHL history to ever give up 3 goals in a minute and lose...

One would think they’re going to come out pretty hard on us tomorrow to atone for that collapse. Hope we make them feel worse about themselves even more.

How often to they ‘update’ this?  CBS showing they are pretty clueless.

Looks like they do it weekly and this one is from today.

Short answer. They don’t know what they talking about.

longer answer. I suppose their rankings are kinda based on past 10 or so games but still that makes no sense. Jets appeared to be 5 last time also. Yet they shut out the knights and beat Dallas in that stretch. Weird.

can someone explain to me why the Jets only need one more point to clinch the division?  I am not following, they are six points up on Dallas right now with three games left - does Dallas win if the two teams are tied at year end?  What am I missing here?

Yes.... Something to do with a tiebreaker which would go to Dallas. I think ROW maybe.... Something like that.

If you go to the “NHL Playoff Chase” thread I have outlined on nauseating detail the tiebreaker rules for ranking teams. Won’t regurgitate it here, but to explain it quickly:

Dallas is 6 points behind Winnipeg with 3 games each left to play. If Winnipeg loses all 3 and Dallas wins all 3, they would end up tied in points, so the tiebreaker would take effect. First tiebreaker is “regulation wins”. Jets currently have 43, Dallas 41, so Dallas could still finish with 44 and pass the Jets. If they ended up tied in regulation wins, the next tiebreaker is “regulation and overtime wins” where the Jets lead 53 to 48 and cannot be caught. So the upshot is that if the Jets gain one more point or Dallas loses any possible points, Jets finish with more points and win the division. But even if Dallas wins out and the Jets lose out, if any of Dallas’ games go to overtime, the Jets will have the tiebreaker edge and get first place.

Jets round 1 tickets sold out quicker than they did last year.

With more season ticket members this year it didn't leave too many tickets left today for the general public.

We have quarter seasons.  When I got to login for the presale, only single seats were left for Game 1.

Game 2 was also getting sparse, but managed to grab two tickets.
