Brutal non call changed the game for sure. The 1 0 goal. Jets appeared a bit rattled by the non call and then... Jets had some momentum in the 3rd but a slightly questionable to say the least interference call on thorburn killed that. Yeah, he's been terrible this year... terrible until he sees the Jets. Early this year, we were making stars out of average goaltenders. Did so again last night. It happens. Brutal non call on the 1st and the D look like assholes tossing it up on the one breakaway. Amd Simmonds goal was a total fluke bouncing off like 3 people. Jets played well... Got zero breaks. AHL is not some minor league ECHL... it's a developmental league. Being sent down doesn't mean that you arent good enough for the NHL... it means they want you to develop parts of your game.
