I found this interview very interesting.  A lot of soft balls thrown at Trump, he explained his back pedalling on his more extreme issues as a lot of his claims as opening bids for negotiation purposes.  Which .. whatever .. I still think that those are insincere claims he used to get elected.

He does now come across way more presidential then he did prior to the election.  A lot of his noise, yelling, and rhetoric has been scaled back.

Tech executives, activists launch super PAC to stop President Trump's reelection by using his tweets against him

Defeat by Tweet allows people to pledge money for each Trump tweet.

"This is a way for us to add direct consequences for his actions," Xander Schultz, the founder of Defeat by Tweet, told ABC News. "The more you spread hate, the worse your reelection odds will become."

Trump averages 30 tweets a day, according to Schultz, and the platform will cap donations at $45 a month, or 900 tweets per month. If they get 1 million people to donate an average of 2 cents per tweet, Trump will be contributing $18 million monthly to the organizations listed in the Justice Fund.

A company run by a White House ‘volunteer’ with no medical supply experience won $2.4 million federal contract for surgical gowns
 

A company created by a former Pentagon official who describes himself as a White House volunteer for Vice President Mike Pence won a $2.4 million dollar contract in May — its first federal award — to supply the Bureau of Prisons with surgical gowns.

Mathew J. Konkler, who worked in the Department of Defense during the George W. Bush administration, formed BlackPoint Distribution Company LLC in August 2019 in Indiana, state records show, but had won no federal work until May 26. The Bureau of Prisons chose the company with limited competition for a contract to supply surgical gowns to its facilities.

It is at least the second contract awarded to a company formed by an individual who had worked in or volunteered for the Trump administration; a company formed by Zach Fuentes, a former White House deputy chief of staff, won a $3 million contract just days after forming to supply face masks to the Indian Health Service. The masks did not meet FDA standards for use in health care settings, and an IHS spokesman said this week that the agency is trying to return the masks to Fuentes. Members of Congress called for investigations into the contract, and the Government Accountability Office now plans to review the deal “in the coming few months, as staff become available,” spokesman Charles Young said last week.

Interesting that the White House actually didn't challenge the accuracy of the story "Bounties to Afghani militants to kill US troops." as reported.  
They simply deny that Trump was briefed on it.....

After all, why would US intelligence agencies bother to brief a President, about this kind of thing?

It’s safe to say all briefings stopped in early 2017 when they realized he was a Russian agent

There ought to be a stampede of insiders coming out with revelations once it becomes certain that Trump will not be in the Oval Office much longer. This will be done more for self-preservation than out of a sense of patriotism. I think we are almost there now- Trump's funders are already bailing.

 

So what did we learn about Trump this weekend, that he never heard something that he retweeted, and that he was to busy tweeting when intel was briefing him on the Russian pay to slay program, oh and his buddy "I like beer" is back in the news and not in a good way.

This weekend, if we needed any further cofirmation, confirmed that there are no depths to which Trump is willing to go to in order to feed his ego. To Trump, it is all about dominance and submission. His ego is so fragile and brittle that he has can brook no criticism or any form of dissent that challenges his fantasy of total strength and wisdom.
