On the big show they were definitely talking about Maurice and him losing the room. How these last few games have reminded them of the effort we saw prior to Noel being fired. You can say we lost 3 2 to Chicago. But 5 2 it was but easily could have been a blowout without the empty net goals. Tampa? 3 1 but again easily could have been 8 9 1 also.

I'm sure not long after mania they will "shake things up" with another draft. I see Styles and possibly Cena going to Raw. Perhaps Roman to SD to be the man.

They were never core pieces. At 1 point bogo and Kane were but they certainly weren't the veteran leaders. It's Ladd wheeler buff maybe enstrom and stu and Thorburn

Bogo was young. Kane definitely GAD. Ladd? He was part of the veteran core who got Noel fired. Antropov? And the others? Seriously? ??

I'll be watching to see how high the GAD factor is. That'd probably one of the most important "stats" in every sport. Last couple games it's been non existent so we will see. GAD = Give A Damn Bottom line... we can sit here talking about goalies or coaches or whatever but if the veteran leaders don't give a crap then... it's irrelevant who starts or who coaches. Players play... coaches coach. I just don't think our veteran players should be given any more free passes. 1 coach down.. How many have to come and go until you start moving some of those veteran guys who just don't seem to really GAD

The young guys have done well so I think if you move a vet or 2 you can justify an extension by saying the truth that the kids are alright

1 or 2 guys maybe 3 max. And I don't expect any of them to be "big" names. LaFrance being 1 of the 3. I feel those are the types of players we sign aka depth guys. Rotational type guys.

Jovon Johnson? Yeah unless it's to sign a 1 Day contract and retire I think Westerman Nevis and LaFrance are legit options but I get the feeling that we will be very quiet this time around. 1 or 2 guys at most

LaFrance is a damn good player.

He hasn't been in the NHL that long. He is young in terms of his NHL playing career. He could still be a good player.. he's shown it before. He needs to go to the A next year tho.

We are the only team in the league who plays the archaic man to man D in our zone. It's killing us and this is why you are guys chasing 1 player around the entire D zone.
