Put it this way...we have 54 points in 56 games played. Aka below 500. We have 26 games left. Let's just pretend they win 20 of those games.. that's 40 points... bringing them up to 94 points and probably a playoff spot. But... let's be a little more realistic here and say they win 15 games and lose 11. I think that is still being generous... they are a 500 team... 5 and 5 in the last 10 games even... but 15 wins = 30 points. 30 plus 54 = 84 points. It's not gonna be enough and I'd say 15 wins probably doesn't happen either. I'd say 84 points is probably the maximum number of points they get... and they probably gonna need 90 plus

I'd agree with this. Guys like Perreault Stafford Pavelec even... thorburn... they could all be moved. What you get for them? Dunno. Guess we shall see. He certainly won't be making any big changes tho. Not until after the expansion and entry draft

If you play to the teams strengths aka skill and speed... you'd see different results. We don't do that tho. We dump and chase like 8 year Olds. In the D zone we play man to man and 1 guy chases his guy all over our end. The passive PK is a pretty great example of poor coaching.

It's actually pretty difficult to debate with someone who can never admit he's wrong. Apparently he's blocked me... that's cool with me tho cuz there comes a point where you just get sick of the snarky attitude and know it all stuff. Ducky needs to realize he doesn't know it all... none of us do. At least the rest of us can admit it from time to time tho. Ducky has taken on the attitude of our coach... he gets questioned so he throws a little hissy fit cuz he didnt get his way. Omg someone disagrees with the great Ducky Maurice. Very child like behaviour.

Bottom line... Helle Hutch Pav whoever... if you are letting in 3 or more goals a game... you're probably not going to be winning as much as you think. Pav has let in 3 plus goals EVERY GAME he's played so far. People can say throws stats away but the fact is... when the Jets score more than 3 goals a game (4 plus)... they win 100 percent of the time when pav starts and finishes and 100 percent of the time helle starts and finishes. The only times they haven't won when scoring 4 plus is when Hutch starts. Those are absolutely the facts. You know what... you could have played helle against Arizona st louis x 2 and Dallas and the Jets more than likely would have won because in every one of those pavelec wins... they scored 4 plus goals a game.

Probably a couple defensive tackles... 1 from the draft likely to rotate with Thomas and u know what... padric Scott looked legit when he got a shot so wouldn't be surprised if he gets a shot? LB? Doubt it... Leggett Knox Wild is what it will be. Kr? Fogg is good. Looks like backup nat RB(LaFrance ) and maybe nat receiver but again that's probably in the draft

Some people think sitting on your ass all day is fun. Some people love their 9 to 5 office job. Some people hate it tho and think wrestling in front of 1000 people at a show in Winnipeg is fun. Me? I'll be honest here.... I've never taken one but I'd rather take a chair shot than sit on my ass in an office all day. And if I get paid 500 or1000 bucks for taking that chair shot... well that's more than I'd make sitting on my ass for 8 hours and hell ya know what... I'd make it in 15 minutes

You know why guys like baron or whoever else do shows time to time? Because they can and they love it. Man I kind of grew up with hogan savage warrior.. those guys. I'd absolutely kill to see them again... unfortunately 2 are dead but if hogan showed up... man... nostalgia. That's why these guys keep doing a couple shows every now and then cuz eventho it's fake (scripted).. it's because you know what the people who go to these shows... they were fans of them and I don't care if it's baron or Jake or hogan or watching the Jets alumni play at IGF.... seeing them out there doing what they love and seeing them still being able to do it... regardless of how good or bad it is... it's nostalgic. It makes you feel like a kid again. That's why these old timers do it every now and then... some for money... all because they love doing it and love the reactions they get. The movie The Wrestler I thought was very good. Dude worked at a butcher shop right but was miserable so he quit and decided to go back to doing what he loves. How can anyone actually have issues with people who do things they love

Fun fact... the Jets don't suck just because of goaltending and anyone who truly believes it's just goaltending... Fool. Yup. Even with Helle and Hutch. Why? Cuz those coaches would have our team play to their strengths and not play down to other teams levels. Watch us when we get down by a goal or 2... we start to dominate... why not just let them loose all game. We are an offensive minded team with high end talent and skill trying to play a defensive game. Square pegs... round holes 1 0. 3 1. 7 6. 10 8. All = 2 points Do you watch games not involving the Jets? If not... do it once. Notice the difference in how those teams play to their strengths. Sports... man in every sport the team who scores the most... they win.

I actually think Chevy has done a good job. It's hard to blame him. I look at that roster on paper and look at our leading scorers and it's scheif ehlers Laine Wheeler. Our best D are Trouba and Morrissey. Our best Goalie is a rookie. Lowry having a good season. Little putting up points. The talent is there... it's just not being used properly. It's truly at the point where it's pretty obvious that coaching is holding this team back. I'll say this... you give Hitchcock or Julien this roster... they are in the playoffs.

He's the answer to the question... Who is better than Pavelec. But to be fair that list includes every goalie in the nhl and lots in the ahl also. I think Ducky must be related to Maurice tho. Has to be. Cuz only a Maurice would choose to die on the Pavelec hill.

Wins is a stat... it's a team stat. Just like losses. Not sure how anyone can seriously defend 885 goaltending tho. That's actually not even close to backup levels even.

The fact that our "reporters" loved it should show you they are stupid idiots and should be on chris jerichos list. The fact is this Is a TEAM who is struggling. They are not being put in positions to succeed. Maurice is a great talker just like Claude Noel but he's not a very good coach just like Claude Noel. Maurice says all sorts of things... it's his actions tho that should show you that he's actually all talk... It's all just talk and it's not a coincidence that our super smart totally not stupid idiot media is concentrating on Laine and his center ice give away and subsequent benching instead of oh I dunno.... talking about a certain veteran goaltender who absolutely sucked last night. Bottom line.... Pavelec makes that routine save and the media isn't talking about Laine today. Maurice isn't up there doing a puppet show pretty much. Cuz that's exactly what that was. A puppet show. Your team Paul is underperforming and one of the reasons is a direct result of your coaching and assinine roster decisions and you come out and drip sarcasm. In the last week 2 coaches better than you were fired because their teams underperformed. But hey... here in Winnipeg we are just happy to have a team right? Who cares about winning games. Keep defending the crappy goalie... keep benching the kids and letting the vets get away with whatever they want. It's cool with me because eventually TNSE will see through his excuses and send him packing. Judging by that interview... I think he's probably starting to feel the heat a wee bit. Here's an honest question.. I'll give 3 choices for it... who would you rather have as coach of the Jets? Ken Hitchcock? Claude Julien? Or Paul Maurice? Cuz right now The Jets have that choice also if they want it. So coming out dripping sarcasm.... well... it's probably not the best idea at the moment.
