Brown has proved nothing as a starting qb.....Until he's been behind centre from the get go in Ottawa, and proves to the fans there, he's got the goods, then he remains just another good back-up qb. dealt to them from the Bombers....Wish him all the luck in the world...He's got a lot of growing to do and 'should/could be' what they're looking for in Redblack country....we'll see

We know Miller was very good at what he did...I have every confidence that special teams with regard to covering downfield kicks will be a big improvement....Still have to have the bodies that can get the job done though....As I see it now there has to be an improvement in talent...Kelly is a good start

Kiss this one goodbye....Although we are missing key guys, the scoring effort has been pathetic on the power play.....With Villardi out this team isn't going to win anything....Perfetti getting benched is something Jets should have done awhile ago...I don't know where his game went but it sure wasn't helping the team keeping him in the line-up.....Down 3 zip to Carolina going into the 3rd is going to be a tall order to overcome......

Teammates might be able to shed some light on what was actually taking place..Some players are very observant and forthright, and if anything ontoward was happening somebody surely caught wind of it...The special investigator will surely do a lot of interviewing and maybe a few players will shed more light on this unfortunate incident ...I can't imagine any player with a conscience not giving the straight facts on a serious allegation such as this.... A sound investigation should come up with the facts....Time will tell and I'm sure this will be expedited quickly

I don't understand using the name Dalton Schoen as a comparison ??The guy looks like he's clean as a whistle and certainly doesn't carry a rep like the player he's being compared to....Maybe a general suggestion like, if a 'Bomber player were accused', would have been a better way to go

Cash settlement requested has gone up considerably....Nearly 300,000 grand from the argos is a lot of ducats to fork over...She must believe she has a good case for upping the ante and most likely from a lawyer who hopes to cash in....Nothing proven at all yet but the 'special investigator' hired by the league should be able to ferret things out,,,All in all it's not good publicity for the league no matter how you cut it but when you sign a guy with the baggage Kelly carries, you can expect that something 'might' crop up and it has

Young was a real renegade in his day....How could you not like the guy....He represented to me a guy who played with a big chip on his shoulder but also had the talent that went along with it....I remember him playing with, let's say an 'edge'...I always thought the description 'dirty' was a misnomer...BUT he liked it....One of the best canucks to have played in the Cfl

I think it's time to face the facts....the argo's have a 'loose cannon' on their club ...The history of this guy suggests it could be a mental issue....Besides the moral obligation that the team has , there now exists a criminal element as well....Until this goes through the courts a suspension of this player should be brought forward by the league ....Anything less will be seen as inaction.....I'm afraid Kelly has dug himself a hole and his history suggests this kind of thing 'could' happen again....The league going silent on this mess is deafening

IF Jeffcoat's play was so revered, as Bighill says in the article , then why didn't other players on the club step up and shave a little off their salary to keep him around....Other clubs have done just that....I think the reality is that he was seen by many to have lost his edge that made him great...happens to a lot of players..
