I wonder how much the no-play in preseason has affected the club....Everything seems to be off..IF it isn't the reason we stunk out the home opener....then we could be in for a looooong season....Seen some good things from the D but the offence was abysnal.....huge disappointment

Get Faj on his horse right from the get go and watch their game crumble....Have we got the talent to do that??? We are about to find out.....AND I hope one of our guys asks Lemon if he bet the Bombers tonight.....and adds , mistake if you didn't, then commence to bury the buggers

That's complete bull$hit if Lemon is allowed to play....the Als could shelve him but they won't and that speaks complete irresponsibility to me....The Als. organization is going to have a stain and the league has it's hands tied , with regard to stepping in and showing that the reputation of this league will and must be preserved ........Statements like , 'I wonder who Lemon has his money on this one' is quite laughable if it wasn't so sad

Yes but everything was being handled 'internally' in the Mike Kelly situation....It was hard to get around the mug shot though lol

Don't like the fact we have no returner....especially after dumping Janarion ....Maybe Smith hangs around but until then, I think we can count on starting deep in our end.....I don't remember Mitchell being talked about being the return guy or returning a punt in the preseason...Lots of gambling with that position going on here

The Maestro dropping the snap ....making it look like a fumble (or was it) then scampering down the field was the hi lite of the game offensively....besides the return for a td....booyah....Feel sorry for the receivers who were trying to do their thing as the turf was the target for a lot of Wilson's .....ahem ..attempts....big disappointment....We're going to have a tough decision on the DL as a few guys showed well....Like Rivers and Upshaw.....There's going to be a lot of departures that might catch on somewhere else... The big look for a third string QB should start in earnest shortly

Really looking forward to see how Wilson looks behind centre, after giving us a promising glimpse in saskabush....He looked great once he found his groove AND IF he can back that up with another show of talent....hey, we might have found ouselves another qb.....It'll also be interesting to see how the new pivot looks, although I guess we can't expect a helluva lot, do to his laaate arrival

Nope ....his statement was that he lost interest in football and retired ....which came shortly after the money offer....same dif I guess....After someone makes a statement like that , I think that's the end of the line....Kind of a shame as we had high hopes for the guy

Agudosi is a thought .....big rangy guy who is tough to cover...The only thing with Carelton is that he can't stay healthy....Too many nic's and probably the reason we let him go....I prefer a guy who can block as well as make those tough catches....

Sounds like Weston didn't exactly like the crap thrown his way, on his departure from saskabush....He was treated with genuine praise and was well liked, when he suited up for us and he has said as much....I know the impression of my career I would like going into the hof and it's not the final one he left behind in Regina

We did get a small glimpse of Schmeck in Regina AND he didn't look half bad as the green guys were playing some first stringers....Now was it an apparition orrrrr was it for real....Got a feeling we're gonna find out

Lawson on the six game...OUCH.........Injury bug hitting us early...Next man up and it could be Schmeckle.....

Ford......Garbutt.....Wilson , after he found his game and looked like he wants it more than Barriere..... Wallace surprised me and looks like a keeper (about the broadcast....and I don't think preason games are any indication of a teams success or failure during the season....but for cripes sake at least get a players name and number correct so we can identify a player....Example Adams made a couple of nice catches and the broadcast guy sounded like he didn't have a clue who he was....They get an E minus for their effort)
