So we sign Ambles (very good receiver proven) after we have released Agudosi (fair receiver and virtually unproven)......we win that one.....I really like the move of Blackmon coming off the pr....He has looked pretty good in practice, apparently....An unknown coming in this late in the year and that can be confusing to the oppostion....Smart moves

Unfortunately I think the fat lady has sung on the fat guys career....Time catches up with us all, and I think it;s time to move on from Thomas ....Miller as well ...2 stalwarts that have had their day

...AND that scares the hell out of me considering the way our special teams have played this year, if we meet them in the Cup...I would be working overtime on that part of our game....You can't let that team run wild on you ..... their back's and/or returners have to be kept in check

Rasheed is a big part of the heart on this club...Just watch Bailey, Brady and Demski on the sidelines.....They're always pumped and can't wait to get back on the field after the D does their thing....You don't see that on a lot of other CFL clubs.....Big reason why we are a WINNER

1....Like.....there isn't enough 'trick plays' attempted by the teams as far as I'm concerned....Livens the game up BUT as what has already been said....it has to go 10 yds. to be recovered 2....Not the final, but in the Cup last year, we could have used a little different look with Brown, especially knowing Zack wasn't 100 percent..Keeps the opposition off balance using a tandem of excellent quarterbacks 3...I believe either one of Brown or Streveler will be on our roster next year....Have a feeling that Brown is going to be offered big coin that we can't match which leads me to think Streve will be our back-up

Tune up in the snow....Pretty good performance all things considered...Seem to have come out of that one with little or no nic's.....Brown looked like a starter and the receivers didn't disappoint...............................Next

Brown.....................just keeps getting better and better evertime out Brady........................great talent......great person...what else can you say BOLO/Bailey...........super talented receivers that make it look easy and it ain't Great to see some of our 'not used' talent get into the lineup: Fox/Cole/Kelly and Schmenkle made plays that stood out

I think when it comes down to the nitty gritty ...really does it matter who is interested...you know they're headed for a giant fail....I just wonder how many candidates, who have any credibility, actually apply...It'll be an interesting watch

I hope our guys who are getting their shot show well...Brown should see most of the action and Brady should keep himself loose....The meaningful game is a few weeks off and you do not want to come into that one rusty....Cal will also be trying to watch out for injuries and don't expect their top players will hang around long....The game will mean a lot to players trying to have a little spotlight shone their way....Good luck to them

OH Henry king of the whine....Sask deserves a coach of his calibre he sets the bar high,,,....Kidding aside, Burris knows the landscape and like Dunigan before him will be toiling for a very suspect management.....Good luck Henry....you're gonna need it

The secret to success in this league is continuity.....you won't find much if you are constantly in the mode of a wholesale turnover of players....However it is very wise to have talent in the hopper and you won't know that unless you give them a chance to play....Now that brings up a problem because of various factors...allegiance to vets and roster size and restrictions to name a couple...Every coach and team has to deal with it ,and the most successful of the bunch are the one's that know how to walk the line between popularity and necessity...In the end it's all measured in wins and losses and I know where we stand in that department

Looks like they were scared someone else was going to grab him....Had to secure the man that was in tight with the 0-7 finishes....They just listed a bunch of prospects for head honcho....I wonder how many will show up for an interview when they know they'll be accountable to a perrenial loser....The saga continues

SHOCKING NEWS..........the riders actually fired Dickiebird and what's more shocking they kept the author of their tremendous flop of a season(s).....They fired the head coach without reallyy saying as much, by quipping that 'he just won't be back' LOL Kind of a schmoozie way of coming right out and saying 'you're FIRED'....The saga will continue with O'Daisey firmly planted in the gm chair....They don't catch on very quick in those rider parts, when it was obvious that they should have cleaned house like last year...Nothing like starting off next season in the hole management wise...Some never learn

Chadwick on the limp and the kid comes in a wins it for them....The late pic also sealed the deal.....Argo's are going to be tough in the playoffs but a limpy qb. could spell trouble if you think back to what happened to us last year...Riders ended their season the way it should have.... in dumpster fire mode...When you stick with losers that is the most likely outcome

Pathetic is my take on it...We used to gang tackle and get down field a helluva lot quicker than what's happening now...The return for a td showed exactly what's wrong ....no coverage and continually in chase mode...IF that's the way Osh wants the teams to run we're in big trouble in a playoff game ...Opposition can see it and are exploiting it....Gonna come back and bite us in the ass if things don't change

Stamps looked like worldbeaters last night.....Where was some of that through the reg. season....Gives us a walk-in for the top spot ....I'll take it and now I'd like to put this game a way quick tonight so we can get a look at some of our hidden talent.....Zack should be pulled early and give Brown some reps. for sure ....otherwise it's a great game to see what some of our other talent can contribute....We'll see

AND Dickie boy as well....Rider fans would like it to be in the nearest penetentiary

yeah....never undersell the little guy....He could be the 'change-up' pitch that keeps the elks off balance....He has been productive before in certain sets.....

Hopefully Schoen missing the rest of the reg. season is all it is....Two games remaining could mean that's all he'll miss....I hope he's ready for the playoffs and our Cup run ....The extent of his injury is vague at best and maybe it's best it's kept that way....He sure does take a lot of punishment, and it's tough to avoid when teams are teeing off on our star consistently, to reduce his effectiveness or just plain want to put him out of the game...He's one tough warrior and hangs in there....Hope he's ready for the post season, it'll be a tough loss IF he isn't

A lot of comments are concerning our receivers...IF Schoen is out that's not great BUT we do have other guys who can get it done....Demski,Woli, Lawler and Rasheed and Bolo (if he gets a shot)....AND then there's the force I don't think the Elks can handle at all, and that comes in the form of a bulldozer named Brady O...When we start rolling the antler guys are going to have their hands full....I don't like their chances at staying with us, with as much as we have on the line ...Take them out early and don't let up....
