Sea Bears
How did they come up with "Sea Bears"? Are they trying not to offend Polar bears???

Also add corporations off-shoring profits, so they avoid paying taxes on the enormous profits they earn. It would make a huge difference if tax havens were eliminated and the capital remained in the countries that generated it. Every 5 years or so the drumbeats of action are sounded, but they always fall silent without any measurable corrections taking place. Damn right the oil and mining industries should be nationalized, as long as the vast majority of the profits generated from these resources is siphoned out of the country.

Pre-season Game 1 : Bombers vs. L(k)’s GDT
That would be Schmekel, Sterling looks like a Willy prototype bodywise.

Preseason Game 1 Bombers vs Elk
I haven't signed up with TSN Go yet, managed to subvert the CFL.ca feed with a VPN for anyone else in the same predicament.

Preseason Game 1 Bombers vs Elk
Anyone having luck streaming the Mtl./Ott. game? I'm receiving the message from cfl.ca that this game is not available in my area, only for US and Intl. customers. I thought they were making pre-season games available to everyone.

Preseason Game 1 Bombers vs Elk
It would be nice if by the end of this season the future transition of the LB position is well defined. Much as they redefined the RB position before last season by preparing Brady to take over from Harris.

Dani explains this process very clearly, she frequently makes these statements in front of live microphones and yet people still don't seem to comprehend what she's directly saying. (Sorry can not embed video directly, maybe because it is from May 10? I dunno.) https://twitter.com/i/status/1656335790622883841 The keynote of this video is an appointed auditor, "The Alberta Quality Council" will determine whether existing organizations "can meet the terms we want them to." So....Preston Manning or maybe Jason Kenney plus 4 other political appointees will decide that the health care system has failed, they will then deal out the public assets to the parasitic vultures who put them in the position to make this happen in the first place. Got it.

I think you're misinterpreting the centre for the left from your perspective, the people you're mainly choosing to argue with are for the most part former Progressive Conservative voters.

Coming to a Bombers game....
They call Canadian whisky "Rye", regardless of the grain it's fermented from, but there's still a fair number that state explicitly that they are made with rye. Alberta Distiller's products are mostly rye based as is Lot 40, which I believe to be the best Canadian Rye on the market, it goes much deeper than the standard brands and edges towards Scotch.

Bombers Rookie Camp/Training Camp/Pre-Season Thread
I hope not, but they might, it looks like the Argos will not visit Wpg. until week 17, it would be nice if Harris is able to play in that game. It would also be good to give Matt Nichols due respect with a night in his honour sometime this season.

Who is #33 in this photo? He looks to be about the size of Brandon Banks smaller brother.

Here is the section of Johnston's report that delineates his attempts to communicate with Poilievre, even Erin O'Toole participated in the discussion. Poilievre deserves the level of respect of a squawking chicken.

Same reason O'Shea will leave about 20 players in Wpg. this weekend, they've already won their jobs.

He was floating balls all over the field, a starting secondary would feast on his butterflies.

Former Bombers in NFL (and spring leagues) news
"Red gloves" he looked good, signed with the Elks last season, but didn't see the field much.

Canadian Politics
I've read a few interviews with local delegates, they've said these normally friendly gatherings were conducted like hostile takeovers with a lot of animosity present in the room. It's akin to professional footballers showing up to play in an amateur league game, it's becoming a blood sport. God help keep American politicking out of Canada, it's time to take a top down view of our political system to help protect it and prevent it's erosion. We are different and we want to remain different, thanks.

Locksley looked like an interception machine in search of a team that will give him the opportunity to perfect his craft. Chunky Bonner the last QB for the Stamps, looks like he might be a keeper.

US Politics
Just shows how harmful brainwashing children with religious beliefs at a young age can be, many live the rest of their lives as damaged goods handcuffed to past teachings. "Hey, teacher, leave them kids alone."
