  1. I'll start. Leafs suck. I loathe Vegas. 🙂
  2. Please do not take foot off gas for these last two games to ensure a healthy MO heading into playoffs..
  3. Update: Hope they get bounced first round.
  4. If true my unhealthy hate of the Argos and Leafs gets me thinking if this had been any other team outside of Ontario the Commissioner might not be as dismissive. My guess is the longer this drags out with no resolution increases the chances of CK walking away from the CFL. That might be best.
  5. Perfetti a healthy scratch? Just saw on the worldwide web.
  6. There are many things I remember, one being feeling the authentic deep sadness, hate and anger coming from Fred Goldman, Ron Goldman's father. It was intense to watch.
  7. If there's not already, there should be a stat for high, medium and low quality shots that has nothing to do specifically with Ehlers, just a thought as I read this.
  8. I also remember him right after him being found not-guilty in the criminal case passionately declaring he will not rest until he finds the actual killer (s)? It's been sometime now, what 30+ years, haven't heard much, actually nothing in this relentless pursuit and pouring of resources into finding the real killer(s)? ffs
  9. In some cases, what people receive in a final judgement that is seen as a win can't be measured purely by money.
  10. Gateway drug. That sums up my childhood and what was hammered into our heads. 🙂
  11. Taken from the world wide web: 'Coyotes can out-pace roadrunners substantially, clocking up to ~43 miles per hour, compared to the roadrunners ~20 miles per hour.' Grew up on bugs bunny roadrunner hour. Childhood all a farce. Leafs suck (just to ensure I'm keeping on point in this thread).
  12. Huge huge longshot but I would looooove if the Blues overtook the Knights for the final wildcard spot. Oh that would be awesome. Like having the scenario where the Ducks and Hawks beat the Knights the last two games to play the spoilers would be sweeeet.
  13. What the actual *uck are you saying here? Jeebus I hate the internet. Yea I get it, if I don't like it, don't read it. Great, thanks for the advice.
  14. In other news, Argo's suck, CK not a guy I would like representing an organization I love and adore but hey I just live in an echo chamber not willing to listen to the one argo fan's 'perspective'.
  15. At 9:17/9:18, stay classy Pred fans. lol Preds suck.
  16. Assuming the score holds as a shalacking, would love to be in the Flyers dressing room after their game against the Habs tonight. Maybe Torts will be asked to hand in his keys and they’ll mail his stuff to him.
  17. When Nashville clinches a playoff spot expect another banner to be raised slowly to the rafters in Bridgestone Arena while Pred fans place their cowboy hats over their hearts with tears streaming down their faces to commemorate this great accomplishment. (insert appropriate beating a horse to death gif)
  18. Excerpt taken from a story from the Hockey Writers (Kings: What’s Behind Pierre-Luc Dubois’ Struggles This Season?) by Michael Ostrower: Finding a Groove A challenge in being on three teams in four seasons is finding chemistry with linemates. He has had to learn three different systems while having multiple head coaches who put him in dozens of different line combinations. This has especially been a challenge this season for the Kings, as he has had two head coaches and has yet to play in any line combination that has spent over 165 minutes together. So far this season, Dubois has spent 164.4 minutes with Kevin Fiala and Alex Laferriere, 129.8 with Laferriere and Arthur Kaliyev, and 107.1 with Laferriere and Carl Grundstrom. To look at those numbers and think Dubois is entirely to blame for his inconsistency is foolish, as it is impossible to get accustomed to a new city, facility, team, and system when you have inconsistent linemates and coaching. He has spent time across the lineup, too, playing as a first-line scorer and a third-line checker, and every role in between. He is a dominant offensive force when utilized correctly, it is just time for his head coach to see that. I'm pretty confident this article was actually written by PLD. Phone call to the Hockey Writers: Hi, I'd like to speak to Michael Ostrower. HW: I'm sorry, who? Caller: Michael Ostrower? HW: Nope, no one here by that name.
  19. Captain obvious here, special teams becomes even more crucial in the playoffs. Being one of the best 5 v 5 hockey team in the league ultimately means squat if your pp and pk sucks bum.
  20. I’ll never get over how RH thinks his dangerous cheap shot on Ehlers was clean and hard, especially after him watching it back on video. It tells you a lot about a person.
