  1. And the over-abundance of all-you-can-eat buffets.
  2. The employer has not only a right but a duty to protect employees from a toxic workplace, and can be named jointly in any civil suit if they did not act according to team/league/ societal standards. And remember- in a civil suit the plaintiff does not have to establish proof beyond a reasonable doubt, but just a simple preponderance of evidence.
  3. In saying that Bighill was the goat, I meant that he was the one in chase position- a race he would lose most times even when younger and healthier. And yes, i would bet on Houston being who screwed up, that was not obvious- Bighill's futile attempt was.
  4. Yes, Bighill was the goat on that horrible play, but from his comments, it seems that he was covering for someone who was consistently screwing up- probably the inside halfback on that side. Bighill was probably hobbled and ought not to have played, but ultimately it was the defensive coordinator who made the call.

  10. Remember what George Carlin said, " Don't sweat the petty things or pet the sweaty things".
  11. Valar morghulis. The start and end are both part of the journey.
  12. Sooooo...you're saying there's a chance....
  13. I thought that Teitz had some good games and made a few good plays, but his effectiveness declined as the Rider defence imploded. I wouldn't have broken the bank, but would have picked him up.
  14. Sam Hurl was constantly surprised- mostly on the field.
