I honestly think that it started when the Jets were coming back. The rumours and then it happening. Calgary thinks they're the London of the prairies. The fact Winnipeg could have an NHL team too was insulting to them. It took away another thing to create this false image of Calgary being a Prairie mecca. They don't even think of themselves as another cold weather western Prairie city. I've been to many NHL barns as a jets fan for the Jets 2.0. The only place I got worse treatment than Calgary was Manhattan. Ranger fans are human garbage. At least Flames fans were just rude.. They were hostile and threatening.

I'm already nervous and sick for the game. I'm gonna take the family to see the fireworks this week, and Friday check out the spirit of Edmonton and other parties with my rider friend. I want to soak it all in.

Strategies for getting tickets to the game at a really good price? I plan on waiting again until the weekend like for the West semi-final, I feel like I obviously won't go get tickets for 40 bucks, but there's no way I'm going to pay more than $100 for a single to a game with no Calgary no Saskatchewan no Edmonton

I hope things turn out well for us today. I hope things go our way, and if they don't I'll probably take some time before I post again as not to let my emotions get the best of me. On paper there's really no reason why we don't have a good chance here, but anything can happen in a one-off game on the road. 07 sucked. The Grey Cup is obvious, so I'll go with Labour Day as I was at the stadium that day. The hooplah around the LDC was really great, and was a fun AF game to watch. We we're the better team the majority of the day and couldn't get a stop on D that last drive. Sounds familiar right? As of this writing, and it may be recency bias, but, being @ McMahon for Sundays win over Calgary is my #1 as a Bomber fan. Hoping for one more McMahon win this year
