Pretty sure Westwood is still calling all 9 teams for work on a weekly basis - part of his Monday morning routine. If Ottawa is smart they will have blocked his number by now. I so badly want to pile on here, but they still haven't played a game yet to prove how awful they are. 18-0 is still in reach for them. First place in the East. Could stay there with the steaming pile of teams in the East. One day Westwood will be brought back, he just needs to keep trying. Just how he kept trying to put the ball between the uprights.

I havent heard anything on this yet. I believe there are hoops to jump through in operating the floodway to control river levels outside of spring flooding. What year was it, 2006 or 2007 -ish that we had rain all summer and they operated the floodway? 2010 as iirc. Probably 3-4 more times as well over the last decade or so. The river has been running high for several years now. The erosion must be pretty bad also.

The effort this team puts outs is impressive. I really like MO as a coach, the way he looks on the sidelines at all times. Like they say there are three types of of men, some make things happen, some sit back and watch things happen and others wonder what the hell just happened. MO seems like the #1 option.

There were many times Collara could have dumped the ball quickly and avoided the pressure but he just stood there doing a jig. Ken brought a team that was totally unprepared for a pro football game. Edmonton will hammer them as well.
