I am not one to Horse a Deadbeat but I think the 2013 Goltz is much faster than the 2013 Buck....I think.

Goltz may hang on to the ball but he will also tuck and run sooner. These guys don't realise Goltz is probably faster than they are. Good, rush the pocket. Make sure you get nice and deep....

I would not be surprised to see Goltz run for 80+ yards Friday. In saying that I hope he does not just tuck and run while the play is still developing too often. But, that is a part of learning and the best way to learn is to play and if he is moving the sticks its all good. I have a good feeling we beat the Tramp Stamps.

Can't run the ball with Buck at Q.B. He scares nobody with his arm. They want him to throw, that way they have a great chance at the ball as well. Anyway, enough about that. Buck is done and the ship will sink even further if they keep playing him. 34-10 Cal. Let's talk Goltz. With Goltz starting we win, it is as simple as this. Have him run the bootleg from sideline to sideline for the first quarter, make these guys chase him only to have him go down field or dump a nice 8-12 yarder off to a receiver. Tire them out for a change. By the second they will be able to open up the run causing Cal to figure out how to try and cover both at the half. The 3rd and 4th is simple. We be Goin' Deep baby! 38-27 WPG.

They probably thought, here we go. And were waiting for another and another and another. They see the same thing everyone else does. If the passes are not 10 feet over everyone's head, out of bounds or shoelace height they are cherries ripe for the picking. This would be the season to make a run in the playoffs, there is so much hope. Until you hear the HC talk about playing Buck again, and again and uhhhhhhhhhhgain.

Goltz looks good and will get better, Buck is a has been that really never was imo. Not sure of the direction this team has in mind but down the toilet seems to fit. The future, what future?

Goltz looked good against T.O. in the second half. A lot of tools to work with there, why Buck? Is he going to be our starter in 2 years? Next season? Come on already....
